Worst Panera EVER the tables were DISGUSTING and the staff where literally flirting with eachother and touching on eachother. They were rude and the food was poorly made. Sad to see things go so badly at a place I used to love.

I went to Panera Bread in Livonia and ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels. Once I got home and opened my bag to eat one an hour later it looked like scraps. I am very disappointed. They could have just said they were out of that particular bagel. In addition the bagels are hard as a brick.

I use to love this Panera, but now it’s dirty, like they never clean. Even the entrance doors are disgusting. The ovens look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. What’s going on Panera?

The worst panera I’ve ever stepped foot in.There were no clean tables, the bathroom was repulsive . They forgot our desserts, the croissant I got was rock solid, I got a salad that was less than half full, when I brought it to their attention she said “ we’re working on our portions, if the bowl was full previously when you’ve had it that was wrong “I couldn’t believe my ears lol.Photo of the $11 salad below ( I paid extra for extra pecans apples and cheese ) so I guess a quarter full bowl is the new standard

So incredibly disappointed! Bought carryout Napa Chicken Sandwich, 2 soups. Got home...broccoli soup was great, french onion was just okay, but what heck happened making the chicken sandwich? Alot of greens and tomatoes...but not enough chicken salad to cover a half sandwich let alone a full one.I love this sandwich and usually amazing. Perhaps...a bad food prep night?
