We Ordered a plain cheese pizza and the new hot honey pizza with wings on Tuesday 2/20/24. It’s started with my daughter first she woke up at 1:30am throwing up everywhere non stop! Next me and my fiancé got sick this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a long time!! We’re all still sick 2days later!!! This was our first and last time trying this location, we will not be going back!!!

I placed an order at 4pm.I was told 25 minutes.I arrived at 4:30pm. At 5pm I was told that they never even made my order. NOW THAT REALLY SUCKS. Then they had the Gaul to ask me if I wanted them to go and make my Pizzas now. I just walked out. What do you think about that?

A hot pocket would've been better than what I was served. The pizza bread was then with little to no cheese. The sauce was sweet and I could count how many pieces of chicken was on the three slices.

Called the store located in Livonia MI, was hung-up three times. Drove to the store and was greeted with a dry attitude. Placed my order ( $7.99) pizza deal and was told I had to order 2 pizzas when the ad clearly states " You buy a....meaning 1 , three topping pizza for $7.99. Probably won't be back Domino's is about a mile down the road smh.

Normally pizza is good.Just got one it's like eating cardboard cold.
This was the worse pizza ever! The crust was so thick, like biscuits! Cheese and toppings were at a minimum to none! We took toppings off two of the slices to create one decent slice. There were about 1-2 pieces of ground beef on 1 slice , same for vegetables. I will never eat pizza hut again they can all go gogoutbusinesoutbusiness if this is.

I ordered a big dinner box from here, the honey BBQ wings was cold and barely had any Honey barbecue on them at all. The bread sticks tasted old and very cold. The only thing that was hot was my pizza. My experience was terrible never again and I really use to like your honey BBQ wings.

After waiting over an hour for my order I get notified the times were changing then after another 15 minutes I get told my order is cancelled. Hadn't ordered from y'all in ages and I see why. no communication. I tried calling to see what was going on and no one answered. If I could take 0 stars I would. Got charged for food I never received.

The person who took my phone order was very rude. For it being a Pizza Hut, I expected better tasting pizza. Thin crust, stuffed crust (cheese) hardly had any cheese. Won't be back.
