I recently had some bad experiences with other Popeye locations and I was reluctant to try this one. My father-in-law and I walked in and when it was our turn we were greeted. Our order was taken. We were advised that we would have to wait but that was okay. I suggested he could go out to the car and I waited inside for the food.We got fish sandwiches, both classic and spicy. We also got six wings with the traditional hot flavor.We thought the fish sandwiches were okay. I thought the wings were incredible and I would get them again, for sure.

This restaurant should be closed. Employees are super rude and unwilling to work. Waiting 40 minutes for mobile order then they tell me they don’t server my order. Lots of customers waiting and employees still fighting and yelling at the each other like they don’t care about customers. Well I’m glad I don’t eat the dirty food from this restaurant actually. Never back.

This is the worst location!! Save your money and time don't go to this location! I've been here 2 additional times before tonight and I've had bad service and old chicken. I tried to give them one more chance but after tonight I'm done done! I just tried to make a order and the person on the drive-thru needs to be sent home she thinks things are a joke I placed a order and asked for a spicy breast, she told me the don't have any and their not making any fresh chicken mind you its 10:00pm they close at 12am how do you say Your not making no more chicken and yall out and still have two hours til close. Explains the old chicken received in the past! Long story short I placed my order then silence I say hello 3 times she comes back saying hold on ok what can I get you? So I say my order again and complete silence This went on 3 times and the 3rd time she came back laughing I was so over it by then I just pulled off. This should not be allowed at all. I will be calling corporate because we should not have to deal with this type of service. Save your money don't eat here!

This Popeyes is very ghetto they have one particular manger that's very ghetto and that needs to be fired her name is Nickki!!! She's very unprofessional needs anger management class she doesn't know how to talk to customers she screams out calling customer such as myself the B word and she's VERY VERY LUCKY I didn't jump behind the counter to kick her a-- This store I would never visit again unless I really have to. They have so many kids that's working there and don't know how to say Thank you etc....Nickki needs to be working at the zoo with the ELEPHANTS cleaning up Sh---!!!!

They were busy but food came out very well Prepared. manager mietta kept in contact and made sure our order was perfect.while Making sure all orders were being filled.Didn't forget to ask for what sauces I wanted even made sure to put napkins and silverware in the bag. Definitely my badefinitely my best experience at a popeyes
Poorly ran store. Down tech(one menu board and card machine). Out of items due to waiting on restock.(Missing flavors of soda). Store closes at 11pm, came in at 1030, what was left was cold. Server gave me the wrong chicken parts and wrong flavor of soda. There is always an issue at this store and the one on Ford Road. Reason why I hardly ever visit. Shame, food is not the same as in the past.
If I could give no stars I would disgusting horrible attitude whole staff needs to be trashed messed up my order and gave me attitude for 30 minutes. If you love your sanity you’ll never come here.

Gave this location three chances and they failed miserably each time. Almost always a long wait even when not busy, always out of stock of something and the customer service is just bottom of the barrel. Will just make the drive to KFC from now on.

This location no matter what time you go literally has the worst service and never has food. I went tonight through the drive thru and specifically asked before placing a mobile order if they had tenders, the person stated yes but I would need to come in to retrieve the mobile order. I immediately pulled around to come in and when coming in I wait about 5 minutes while employees were having a disagreement in the back before being helped. Upon being helped I was told your order just need to be refunded because we don’t have tenders. I expressed I specifically asked before placing the order to avoid this and the employee just looked at me like well we sorry! Like this happens to frequently and customer service sucks!
