Staff member was extremely rude and obnoxious when i ask them to reheat my marinara sauce. The staff member looked at me and said “you gotta wait for the sauce to be done” “I said you can’t warm it? He said “no we dont have a microwave here? “ he smiled and walked away like if i was the dumb one. Also floors and seating area are horribly trashed and not kept up. Also another staff member head was bleeding and she was walking around behind the counter with a napkin on here head and then handeling food. That’s very gross and a violation of the health code! Who ever this crew is they should all be fired! They suck!

It is a 'sandwich shop' with a nice variety of options, and has been reliably good for a number of years.Service rating is debatable: you walk through a line whil ordering & your dish is prepared, but the staff has (again) been Reliably Good. Atmosphere is nothing special, but in line with similar restaurants. Has been one of our steady visits when looking for a a quick-but-not-Fast-Food meal.

ATTENTION ALL ARABS: if you order ahead here be sure to use your white names they're very racist here and will serve you last on place ahead online orders had to wait 30 min for my food watched 10 sandwiches get made and walked out by various customers but my 2 sandwichs took over 30 minutes to make while I watch customer after customer walk out with food one couple walked in after me ordered got their food and ate before I even got mine oof ?

I recently signed up for the rewards program with Potbelly. The perks lead to free food the more times you order. The Italian and chicken club are my go to sandwiches. They're good, but the lemon cheesecake cookie and the s'mores cookie are amazing. I mainly come here only for those.

Sandwiches are always good here so is the rest of the food on the menu the macaroni and cheese is a really good side kick to the sandwiches as well as other item definitely would recommend and I will be returning thank you for making my food

Food is decent, but has gotten so expensive over the last few years. Flies were flying around the store which isn’t a good look. I don’t understand why there is a new tip option on the registers, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES APPROPRIATELY. This is not a sit down restaurant but I understand guilting your patrons into providing part of the employee wages is the new way. So I won’t be back

The Garden veggie soup is the best and the veggie melt sandwich was delicious as well

Order online sez it will be ready 12:06 pm. Get there a little early. Lots of I'm sorry that's cool. Finally 12:30 I get my Sammie. Not cool potbelly's manager lady. The cashier offers me a free cookie wow almost a half hour late and you offer me a cookie. No manager in site. Keep your cookie hire more people for everyone's sake!! Peace, Love, Potbelly's

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today. We were the only ones in line to order, but it took an extended amount of time to get our two sandwiches because they prioritized an online order over ours. When I asked why this was the case, the manager said the other sandwiches were ahead of ours (even though that customer was not in the store). She also seemed put off that I asked about the delay. All I got was excuses and attitude...she as not the least bit interested about my concerns.The sandwiches were good, which is why I gave two stars. The attitude of the manager was unnecessary and cost them two stars.Update 3-7-23: More than two months after I left this review, the "business owner" responded below. Everything I have to share about the experience was detailed in my original review. Emailing the owner does nothing but tries to take this offline.
