Placed my mobile order at 1:25. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:35. It's now 1:55 and I still have no food. They haven't even started making my quesadilla and I've watched 2 other workers just wander around behind the register doing nothing involving making customers orders despite them clearly being behind. Not to mention one worker who is wearing a mask on his chin....what's the point buddy? If it's not required, as I assume not since no one else is wearing them, he must feel under the weather which means I especially don't want him breathing on my food. The girl who handled my order was also not wearing gloves. My order was tossed together, missing napkins, sides of sour cream and guacamole as requested as well. I would highly advise picking a different quick service food place in this plaza, unless you don't mind waiting 30 minutes for a quesadilla. Unsanitary, slow, and a waste of your time/money as a customer.

It's good. This Qdoba location is kind of better than its competitor fast casual Mexican chain which is located nearby. Just tried the new shrimp and steak bowl and it was awesome. I like that they don't charge extra for adding guacamole and/or queso.

Order was no where near the picture , they didn't know how to make cheesy quesadillas they offered. Charges me $2.50 for a half of bag of chips that they forgot to give me the first time after my purchase of a mini bowl . Overcharged underserved. The response was we just work here. Smh

Terrible service and always out of everything. Someone dropped a drink cup and it was all over the floor. None of the staff did anything to clean it up, just expected all the customers to walk around it. Asked for a water cup and the cashier said, "I don't see any, so we aren't letting people drink water today"....go to Chipotle.

I made an order earlier this week and I have sent multiple contact requests to Qdoba with no return contact, so I suppose it’s time for a review then. We ordered on the app and the app indicated no ingredients were out. When I got my bowl home, there was no queso (but it had my ordered side of queso?), no cheese, no sour cream, no fajita veggies, and no salsa at all (I ordered 3 different salsas). My bf bowl also had no salsa on it at all. Also, portions were significantly smaller than prior orders at this location. I have not received a refund or any return contact when I submitted my complaint to Qdoba both via their website and the app. Honestly, this is horribly disappointing.

Out of many items this past trip, no music playing so it was just awkward in general, staff literally didn't even speak to each other one time while we were eating. Very weird vibe.

I know they must be struggling to find good help but it's ridiculous how bad the service is at the Livonia location. Very sad to see since we used to go here multiple times a week. The girl that took our order actually up charged me 2.00 for chips because I didnt want them in my bowl under 3 full ladles of queso, and refused to put the queso on the side as well. She clearly was annoyed at me requesting anything different. They must have changed recently because she said they were not allowed to customize nachos. ‍‍

I absolutely LOVEEEEE Qdoba! The manager at this location is ridiculously rude! She doesn’t work well under pressure. She was rude and condescending to customers and though she apologized, blaming it on short staff. I feel that this behavior is normal for her

Went here for dinner for the family and I guess they only take online orders no walk ins and the lady was super rude.....it Seems to me they just didnt wanna work....

The manager Steven is terrible. He kicked me out of the store for wanting him to take my order he said he didn't want to speak to me and for me to just order online. How can this company hire racist people to represent them! And he said he was the general manager for this location

The restaurant is so dirty. Every equipment is covered with oil. Someone was cutting meat, cutting board was so dirty. The glass shield over the food was so dirty. Please check this location and get it cleaned and take some actions to sustain cleaning. Also, while ordering food the service employee should tell what kind of sauces they have etc. They treat everyone as they come to Qdoba everyday. I don’t know about the sauces. May be you should add some aid like name of the sauces. The overall appereance of this location is not appealing.

The food did not have a plastic top, lettuce old, salsa tomato was nothing but just cut up tomatoes. The lime rice was cold white rice and little non chicken. This location needs to be shut down if don’t have resources or supplies used to create a dish. Called to get money back but their not answering the phone.

My fiancé and I arrived at 8:45pm to order when the store was open until 10pm. The doors were locked with a sign saying we had to order online only due to staffing shortages. We built our cart online and tried to place the order but it said they weren't accepting online orders. We tried to get the employees attention to let them know and all of them were just sitting at the tables looking at their phones. When we told them the online ordering wasn't working they just shrugged and said the "system must be down". Two more cars pulled up during this time and had the same experience. Terrible customer service and zero effort to rectify the issue. It's clear these employees do not care about the customers. Although this is the closest Qdoba to me, I will not be returning to this location.

The manager in the Livonia location on Plymouth and Middlebelt was very rude. I went in to get some queso dip, chips and a drink. The question dip and chips was $5.00 and that's wasn't a problem I just it was a bit much because I never bought them alone. That's when the manager says to me "Y'all think everything is cheap out hear when it's not, since you're struggling you can I have the drink for free." I never ask for a free drink I just though it was a bit much but I offer to pay for my drink and she walked away and flipped me off. I felt like that was very disrespectful and she could have just explained the price to me and I would have paid for it. I ask for a drink but I guess she was too busy to hear me. I was extremely unsatisfied with this service.
