We went here last night for my 50th birthday. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks, and it was an hour before we received our salad and soup. It was sooooo cold in there! We were seated next to the thermostat and the temperature was 52°F in the dining room! It was another hour wait for the chef to come out and start cooking. When he did come out our table asked him to skip the entertainment and "show" part of the experience and just cook the food so we could box it up and go eat it at my warm house! We were there for 3 hours and we didn't even eat the food there! Then they added a 20% tip to the bill that pissed me off because the service and experience was definitely not worth a 20% tip! We will definitely not be going back!

The sushi tasted old and dry. The customer service was terrible.
Food was cold when it came out. They never brought my mom’s drink. Steak was hard. Flavor of food wasn’t good. Garlic butter and teriyaki made it tolerable.

Truthfully I didn't have high expectations as we placed a takeout order so I thought by the time we brought it home it was going to be cold and not taste good. We ordered the chicken and steak and shrimp and steak bowls and the meat/shrimp and veggies tasted absolutely delicious. Everything was good. Not impressed with the portion size for the takeout but I cannot speak to in-store dining. I wasn't a big fan of the soup and the rice wasn't at the quality I would have expected it to be.
