Not sure what happened but the terrible now the chicken in my shawarma sandwich was the equivalent of shoe leather. I've literally gotten better food from the gas station

I absolutely love getting lunch from here! The food is ALWAYS fresh & hot, including the fresh baked bread. The lady is always nice & helpful when I wanna try something new. They have a new name now, Al Forno. Still the same great people & food.

They have changed to "Alforno" and have new owners. GREAT FOOD, L❤️VE the cashier (women who answers the phone) Very clean inside. They have NEVER forgotten anything or screwed up our order!!
Had a delicious meal of chicken shawarma which came with salad, bread and rice, enough for 2 full meal at least. We will be back!

Recently changed name to Al Forno. We had shawarma sandwiches and fries and both were top notch. Meat shawarma had good flavor and fries were super crispy. We will be back!!
Got this for take out for lunch. I haven't had shawarma since I no longer eat meat but I got to try the chickpea shawarma (Falafel) for the first time ever and it was really good! Can't ever go wrong with the garlic and bread. Even got to try a salad which didn't disappoint.

It's not called shawarma palace anymore. Food is still decent though.

Tables needed wiping. Everything listed on the menu was not available. No glasses or ice for drinks. No one to wait tables. This place is carry-out at best. See the photos? That was supposed to be "dine-in". But first fix the menu. If you don't serve it, don't list it. No tahini sauce? Seriously?

I should've gone to LA Mars as usual..This place here was not good. I would never ever go back. As I entered to sit down I was informed I needed to order an pay at the counter then sit down. I did and I even included a 5.00 tip for a 20.00 meal. My order arrived to the table in paper and Styrofoam .I was given one napkin bottles water from a cooler, the table had no placements. Why couldn't I be served on a plate instead of each item in a small Styrofoam container. The cashier should have said we are treating all dine in customer's as a carry out. The table wasn't very clean neither the floor under the table. Not a good experience I wanted to ask for a full refund especially for my tip.I was not pleased and DID NOT ENJOY EATING OUT OF SEPARATE dinning containers in the restaurant. What a waste of money and time.!!!!! I so maddddddd. What a WASTE of my MONEY and time.????Dine in and was forced to eat out of separate carry out containers. Ugh ugh ugh.P.S.There is no Bakery that I could see in this establishment..

Ordered two chicken shawarmas. Pick them up got back to work and they were so hard that you could throw them at a wall and put a hole in it. I called and complained she said she could give us two more sandwiches okay we did that the guy who was cooking said they were just crispy. Crispy? Hard as a rock no flavor inside was completely dry so we got our other sandwiches guess what not as hard but still more crispy than it should be no flavor very dry had to throw those away also very disappointed will not ever come back there again.
