Ordered ahead for 2pm. Got there at 2:04pm, and my order wasn’t ready. Had to waste 13mins of my 30min lunch waiting for a smoothie that I ordered to be ready ahead of time. Super disappointing.

I just want to start by saying I am not a fan of smoothies. I've had a mango one once years ago from church but every smoothie after that was downright horrible. I had no choice but to go in to Smoothie King today, and reluctantly told the employee about not liking smoothies but I like strawberries and kiwi. She whipped me up THE BEST SMOOTHIE EVER!!!! I had bought a water because I assumed the smoothie would disappoint but I didn't even get to open it. I drank that smoothie so fast! Thank you!!! Finally found the one place where I can get a smoothie that doesn't leave chalk or seeds in my mouth

This place used to be amazing when they first opened. Now I'm sitting here waiting to order with no one in line and haven't been spoken to in over 20 mins. The only reason I waited is because my daughter loves there smoothies. What a shame. I would recommend to not even waste your time with this place.

Second time visiting this location and everytime I’ve visit they are open for business. When I pull up to the drive-thru speaker it’s always a 15 minute wait with no one in line or inside the establishment. I really don’t understand why are you guys open if the staff are unavailable to service customers.

Wait 15+ mins to even order at the speaker everytime I come here. Schedule more employees. Smoothies themselves are great and the employees that are schedule / do show up are very nice

Gave old fruit on my bowl ? now ima go to work and cry cause I’ll be late if I have to wait for another. Why have ONE employee doing drive through and making food. How can you touch a computer screen handle cash or card transactions plus wash your hands to cut fruit ? Ion think I seen any hands washing.

There’s not me time I have been here that didn’t take 10 mins or more to get a smoothie. For a drive through without a line that’s awful.

11/14/23 visited this location like I do several times a month. The employee today was extremely rude. Pulled up to drive through screen and she immediately yelled “hold on” before I said a word. After about 10 minutes she very rudely said “it’s gonna be a 15 minute wait”. There was nobody else in the drive through or inside the store so I don’t understand the total of 25 min wait. I tried asking a question and she wasn’t responding anymore. When I decided to leave and drive past the window she was standing there laughing. I don’t know what the reason for her acting this way was but needless to say I will not go to this location again if this is the kind of people they have serving and making the smoothies.

Worst açaí bowl ever!! When I first got it, it was supper watery and half full I asked the guy why was it watery like that he said that’s how it’s made I’ve had this bowl before and it looked nothing like that so I decided to go in to get a refund and the lady was kind enough to make it over for me and was understanding unfortunately it was still watery never again
