This is the 3rd. time I have been to your location and told that you couldn't make any smoothies. As I am pulling out of the drive through customers we're walking out with smoothies. I was the only car in the drive through and no customers inside at 6:20pm on 4/23/24. This place is so disappointing if I could give zero stars that would be more accurate

The past 3 times that I've been here I couldn't order at drive-through because they were short staffed. Tonight I went to the drive-through 15 minutes before 9, the time you're supposed to close, saw someone in there, but they did not respond at the drive-through window, so I'm assuming they decided all of a sudden to close early. Service is definitely going downhill.

I was very shocked I went there to pick up a order and needed to take some medicine and ask for a courtesy cup of water. They said I could purchase a bottle wate. I asked again for a courtesy cup of water so I can take my medicine. And they said they don't give out courtesy cup of water.

Y’all need to start restocking the snacks for ppl who order on DoorDash all I was given was a smoothie WITH NO STRAW..Y’all didn’t even put tape over the drink hole! Very unprofessional and ghetto

You will not find a better, friendlier place to get a smoothie. Weather I order on line, or go in, each employee goes over and above to be helpful and courteous. I wish I knew everyone's name, but for now, I'll say no matter where you are around Livonia, head to this Smoothie King. You will not be disappointed!

My smoothies are always very good. There is sometimes a longer wait because of short staff, but I have no complaints about my items. I want to shout out Amari especially, her positive attitude was infectious when I went on 8/6/23! Keep her around!
I frkn love this place. Every time i come here for a shake after the gym, it always HITS. Every employee I've talked to and helped me here are super nice and friendly. Honestly the only "bad" review i can give is that they're too good and making me spend more money that i already don't have lol But seriously come here and try it for yourself

The smoothies here are ginormous. We got the 32 ounces and while they seemed pricey, not really for such a large portion. The people here could not be any nicer. They went way out of their way to make us feel welcome, talk to us, and answer all of our questions. They really wanted us to be satisfied with the finished product, excellent customer services. For me the smoothie was a bit lacking a strong flavor. A lot of ice, especially since more was added before I got the smoothie after the initial blending of my smoothie, so it was watery in flavor. I wanted a bolder flavor. I am not sure I would return since there are plenty of places that offer a similar product with more vibrant flavor profiles.

The cleanest, friendliest, and best smoothie king I’ve ever been in. I work at the planet fitness right around the corner and stop in frequently. Every time, Cameron greets be with a smile and the best customer service I've seen in my work experience. For sure coming back even tho I’m moving to ypsi :)

Very disappointed, ordered my usual, the original peanut plus which is usually thick and creamy like you'd expect but instead was given a watery drink. After going back through drive through and waiting patiently to have it remade the manger gives me attitude and says I'm the first person to ever complain about her unpleasant disposition. When I asked for her manger or owners info, she slams the window in my face and walks away. She never asked what my order was. Almost 10 minutes later she returns with a smoothie, again without verifying my order. I will not be back at this location again. She gave me an email and again walked away. The second smoothie was watery as well.
