This is one of the worst Starbucks! Even when they aren’t busy the people behind the counter move at a snails pace. There is typically 4 people working but only one who is making drinks. Always a 30 minute wait after ordering. Avoid this location!!

Great Location because it has drive thruTerrible location of you want to park.Be careful pulling out the drive-thru. People pull in kind of fast. People hoping out of their cars and not even looking up.Go here if you like long drive-thru lines. I mean 15-35 minutes. Definitely don't go here if you are in a hurr.or before work.Please check your order and fast your drink.I've had some pretty terrible drinks here.

Poor service. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee behind other people with larger orders. I received my 2 already prepared food items after 10 minutes. Never got the coffee which by the way I used reward stars for. Walked out without it after 15 minutes. Won't be back.

Took a very long time for the 4 people behind the counter to acknowledge and take the order of the two gentlemen in front of me and myself. No apologies. The place was filthy with the counters and floors dirty like they hadn't been tended to all day. Was there 08/30/23 Wed at 2:30pm.

The employees there treated me and my girlfriend with such disrespect by letting us wait in the line until 7:20 and then ignored us while talking loudly about how often people come just before close and refused us

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I understand being short staffed but when you see people moving like snails and not even trying it’s frustrating. I live 2 min away. I will go to the downtown Northville one from now on. Worth the extra couple minutes.
Been waiting in the line from 10 min. Receptionist is not even taking my order. She is busy in her own work. There were two people, none of them were taking my order. It’s basic a thing to altleast take the order and make us wait. Disappointed ?

If you change your hours please update them in the Starbucks App. Sat waiting at 7am today to come in and order before work. Walked up, door locked. Had to come to google to see the open time has changed to 8am. App shows you open daily at 7 still. Bummer.
Allow 30 minutes when ordering ahead. Consistent.
