Great homemade food. Beef tips and noodles are amazing!
We met our friends for a reunion at Steve’s. The food was good and the decor is homey and cozy. My husband enjoyed his Polish platter and I had a salad. The salad had spinach and romaine plus a good tomato. Very crisp and fresh. It was refreshing to not have the usual iceberg boring lettuce. They were so nice about our staying a lot longer than normal so we could visit with our friends. They even serve Polish beer! There is plenty of parking.
Parking: The parking is right next to the restaurant and there are quite a lot of spaces.

Three were "alphabets" in the barley soup (hmmm, canned?) and two different color of diced potatoes and very watery. Service was really slow but our waitress was running around like crazy. Also, you don't reprimand an employee in view of the customers. Very poor on their part.

Was not bad at all, I tried the corned beef and cabbage, it was okay nothing too special just like thick sliced deli meat.
Everyone else loved what they got from the parogis to the hamburger. Perhaps I was the only one that didn’t fully enjoy my meal, so I’m still rating high based on that.
I would go back, I would just stick to what they specialize in which is Polish food!!

Always good food here. I like the polish combo and the sauerkraut perogies.

Good breakfast foods/options, no cottage cheese.
The City Chicken is drowned in gravy, the stuffed cabbage "juice" is just tomato soup. "Chicken and dumplings" is like chicken noodle soup, it's not in a thick, creamy sauce.

We had to wait to be seated at 930am. That was a bit ridiculous considering that there was only one table seated. We were a party of 3 large construction workers that she tried to put in a small booth and then got an attitude when we immediately asked for another larger table. The food was not tasty, over cooked eggs, hash browns were inedible, and the bacon was dry. And I was never offered a refill on coffee. We will not be going back to Steve's.

I've been to Steve's a few times now, the food is good, yesterday I have the German tomato soup and it was very good, and the prices are reasonable... The service tends to be average not great. One thing I don't like is that servers don't clear empty plates ... I don't understand why they think guests would prefer they stack up when they are easily cleared. And I don't like that I always have to ask for refill of my water.

The restaurant was too cold to enjoy our dinner. It's summer and you need a winter jacket. Very disappointing

Thought we would give this place a try. This is a one and done for us. Servers were friendly.
The Pickle soup had no pickle pieces. But it still tasted a bit like pickles. Was mostly chucks of potato and pieces of chicken. Found it interesting that the soup had chicken in it . This is a first I have come across a dill pickle soup with chicken in it. The pierogi were good. The sauerkraut was bland. The smoked kielbasa was good but did not appreciate the fact it came pretty cut open ( serval slices made almost separating it into pieces). The place seems to be well liked by a very older crowd.
