It is consistently clean, the subs are delicious, and staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service , even when busy. Not happy with subway. The food is not very good. Thay send coupons and don't take the coupons that happen 3 times or more and thay are expensive. So I am done with subway.Thay up the price and don't take coupons that's just rong.God-bless the USA ??

Placed an online order for 3 footloose. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived after 30 minutes. The only other customer was leaving with his order. Mine still wasn't made. I was ok with it however on the order I stated one of the subs to be not toasted and I also told them that while onsite. Not only did they toast it. But they made the wrong sub. Asked for steak n cheeze deluxe with 3 toppings and no sauce. It wasn't deluxed, the toppings were wrong and it was loaded with multiple sauces. It was terrible and we threw it away. What a waste of time and money. I understand mistakes can be made but this was a simple order. Do better!

I online ordered subs for me and my family. I guess they ran out of ingredients because they barely put any toppings on all four of our subs, gave us the wrong breads ordered and didn't add extra meat to one of our subs. This location is usually good, so I'm not sure what happened? Absolutely rediculous.
The place was dirty, only had certain sodas and certain items to put on the sandwiches. The staff was very rude and disrespectful, and don't get me started on how they make the sandwiches. Disgusting, sloppy with sauce all over the place and they got my order wrong. I wouldnt feed this to my dog. If i could rate this a 0 star I would.

Ryan and Lilly made a great experience for me today. Ryan made my 3 separate orders quickly with a positive attitude. He also double checked to made sure everything I ordered was correct. Lilly was waiting for me to check out. Overall 10/10 on the experience.

I'm pretty sure the unpleasant reviews was mean't for the (DISGUSTING ???) location inside of Walmart, since they are literally across the street. This location is inside Wonderland Village in Livonia. OMG my Philly Cheese subs were (AMAZING ????), I've finally found a worthy Subway as so many are (TERRIBLE ???) now.Kid-friendliness: Dining Space and they are next to a Bounce It entertainment center for kids....????Parking: Inside of a shopping plaza....
