Extremely rude young blonde girl working. It appeared as though I interrupted her break. Did the exact opposite of what I asked. This girl shouldn't be working with the public, she has to be the rudest person I have encountered in the public. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have just walked out.

I ordered online and really everything went south after that. The store was not manned, it was empty, and half the order was on the shelf. After going to my car, then back inside, still nobody. Finally a girl arrived from the back. She offered zero in assistance when I found the cookie I ordered wasn’t in stock. After some back and forth a guy emerged from the back and suggested the choco chip as an alternate-at least he was helpful. The girl just pointed to the chips when I said they were not in my food bag. Now the food- they used to toast subs and ours were not toasted. They were ok, but not like they used to be before the revamp. We’ve been longtime customers but we won’t be going back to this store EVER. I don’t really understand how they want their new system to be, as I saw seating where you used to stand and tell the person what you want. I feel like that’s the only way to ensure you get what you want. When you order online they can prepare it anyway they choose and there’s no recourse.

Horrible. We ordered online, picked up ourselves. We don't tip on the card, usually cash after we pick up but the Kid behind the counter sarcastically said "thanks for the tip." For doing your job? The sandwiches were all made wrong, none of the toppings were on the bread. One had no dressing at all. So no, after the rude comment we didn't leave a tip. This is not the first bad experience we've had at this place with rude, entitled children behind the counter. Just walk 4 stores down and go to Tubbys.

This place is terrible! They are advertised to open 8:30 AM. When I arrived around 9:30 AM, I saw thru glass window a person inside clean stuff. When I walked to the door, he disappeared deeper into the back room. The door was locked. On a previous visit, they closed earlier than schedule. It is just a waste of time. They don't open doors per schedule. They don't bother changing schedule either to advertise truthfully. Their phone voice mail box is full and jam. I guess they could care even less about serving their customers. I would give them zero stars. Terrible!

A good little sub shop convenient to a number of neighborhoods and businesses. There's only rarely any kind of wait, and they do a good job with their sandwiches.
Went in for the second time in 2 weeks to get a meatball sub. This last time I walked in asked the young man behind the counter if they had meatballs to which his total reply was "nope" and he turned around and walked away. No "I'm sorry no we dont" no "can I get you something else". I turned and exited the store and walked down 4 stores to the tubby sub shop and ordered there. Wow can't believe how this place has gone down hill

I ordered the Foot Long Turkey Breast Sandwich and after eating it I had bad case of diarrhea. Either the turkey was expired or contaminated. Never again will I eat here.

Me and my coworker went to get subs, we were about to pay and my co worker asked for another cookie after this man took his gloves off, whoever was working on 6/3 at 12:00 was absolutely so rude, no professionalism. Shaking his head because i asked for a cookie. Also making comments to the other person working in front of us, had an attitude the whole time he made our subs. Please dont get an attitude when im giving your company your working for my money.
