I have been coming to this location for years. Over the past year or two, the quality of the food as well as the overall service has really really declined. This is now the fifth time that I have gotten an iced capp where the milk is very obviously spoiled, as it is super sour. I started going to other locations, because I wasn’t finding that problem at the other stores. I keep coming back to the Plymouth & Farmington Rd location thinking that maybe the spoiled milk was a one time thing. Unfortunately it keeps happening. I have had a friend or family member with me each time, and they have tasted it and confirmed that it is spoiled. Even just a few sips has made me feel super sick afterwards. Leaving this review in hopes that someone will see it and understand that they need to enforce using fresh milk. Again, I waited until now to complain thinking that it was just an off-day, but it has happened so many times now that I decided to say something. I hope to be back soon & that this will be better.

On Saturday, March 9, 2024 went through the drive-through of this Tim Hortons location placed my order got to the window of the pay. The person at the window was rude snatched my card out of my hand, ran my card and gave it back to me no receipt gave me my food. My order was a large Oreo, iced Capp, a chocolate chip muffin, chocolate, frosted, donut, and a vanilla dip. Doughnut, a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. I received all of my food. Issues were as follows Oreo ice cap tasted like cleaning chemicals, the plain bagel toasted with cream cheese was not toasted. The cream cheese was expired. The chocolate chip muffin was going stale. It was soft and hard at the same time like it was sitting out for a couple days. The donuts definitely were not fresh. Tried to call the establishment a few times between 920 and 1020 with no answer it rang and rang and then finally said the Verizon customer trying to reach cannot be reached at this time, which also leaves me to believe they use the cell phone. This is not the first time in the last week. This is happened. The first time I wrote off mistakes happen, but the second time not so much and the fact that the franchisee owner the managers will not answer the phone and I know they’re not gonna respond to this because they do they ignore all complaints just solidified the fact that I will never visit this Tim Hortons or the one in South Lyon, which is another one that sucks Tim Hortons is off the table for me whoever reads this review. I hope it’s helpful. I hope you stay clear or at least be prepared for expired food, dried food, not getting the order properly made

Employees are complete trash. Always rude and ignorant. Today I went inside and was greeted, “I’ll help you when I can, and I can’t right now. Might be a while,” as she walked away. Waited a few minutes and left with nothing.

We live less than a mile away and by the time we got home our food was ice cold. We ordered an Oreo iced cap supreme and it was mocha with no whip. The wrap honestly tasted like gasoline and was cold with green eggs. The bagel was not toasted and had no cream cheese and a cold sausage patty The coffee lid was covered with coffee when they handed it to us They kept adding additional coffees to our order on the drive thru window

I asked for a number 7 just the sandwich, add bacon. Tell me why she rang me up for a number 7 with bacon instead of sausage? And then when I asked if they still added the sausage, the lady that made the sandwich gave me attitude and said well she didn't charge you for that. I said that's fine and just walked out cuz I didn't want to deal with it even though that's what I asked for. They couldn't even offer to ring me up for a piece of sausage. I'm tired and I don't feel like dealing with it and have to get to work .You don't just give somebody attitude because they didn't pay for something that they asked for. It's not my mistake. It's the person that rung me ups mistake. And then when I get the sandwich it's three scraggly pieces of bacon with one egg, a piece of cheese on a croissant. Every other experience that I have had at this location has been perfectly fine until today.

Horrible customer service!! I ordered 4 drinks I only received 3 drinks told the girl I was short a drink and the girl making the drinks clearly thought I was lying about being short. I was told to pull up and someone would bring out my drink. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and was completely ignored by the whole staff. Finally,the person making the food got my drink which he was the only that acknowledge me.I will never be back to this Tim Hortons location. Not the first time the customer service has been Horrible.

Disgusting. Easily the worst Tim Hortons franchise in the area. Service in the drive thru is bad every time I go even when there’s no line. I also saw one of the workers touching her hair repeatedly with gloves on then touching food.
