Krisy and CeCe just made this my go to Tim Hortons. They were so pleasant throughout my entire experience, I didn't even make it in the door and they were already greeting me with a smile. My sandwich was absolutely perfect, my iced coffee was on point.I don't even really go to Tim Hortons like that, but they single handedly changed my entire opinion on the chain. I will absolutely be back.

Got two donuts this morning and they were hard as bricks. They had to have been days old. What a waste of money.

They could not find my mobile order when I first got there. I mentioned that my cinnamon raisin bagel was toasted and buttered they said okay. I ended up with a everything bagel with cream cheese. They did not have the fruit explosion muffin and gave me a blueberry ine instead. They had me wait in front because they were slow on my order. They eventually came out to me and said, have you paid? I had to show him on my app that there was already paid. My coffee did not have any sweetener in it. So after waiting 15 minutes in the front, my bagel was not what I wanted and had cream cheese instead of butter, my muffin was changed, my coffee did not have the sweetener in it. They need to get their act together. They mentioned that they had a new owner though.

Tried again coming to this Tim Hortons but it’s AWFUL. The one down the road has all the items on their menu… this one ALWAYS claims they don’t have items they advertise? Literally what is going on in this establishment? Go to the one on Grand River- kinder, more professional, and way cleaner.

I've been getting Tim Hortons coffee since the mid-nineties and it started in Canada when I used to go Play bingo and when it came to Michigan. I was ecstatic.This service at this particular Tim's is horrible and the food was old and they couldn't even give me a receipt, charging me 6.64 for a large coffee and plan BagelOverpriced ,so I returned to get my refund and she still shortened me $2. I'm done and I just want everybody to know that this is not a good Tim's at all.....

I ordered 5 things and 3 of them ended up being incorrect. I got the wrong muffin, I was missing a hashbrown, and they put whipcream on my drink when I ordered it without. Honesty, I'm surprised I was given my sealed orange juice correctly.

Went to Tim Horton on 6 mile and Middlebelt today ask for a small coffee 3 creamers and 4 sugars asked for it to be steamed in which I know they can steam because it was done there before. The worker said they don’t steam the cream there so I said ok but can you make sure my coffee is hot I don’t want cold coffee it’s cold out side and I asked for hot coffee not ice coffee then I asked can you put it in the microwave to nook it after the cream goes in he then said our microwave is broke. Ok so enough is enough I just left. Is Tim Horton a franchise if so can you all get on the same page some steam the cream some don’t some can put in microwave some microwave are broke if I ask for hot coffee and pay for it I will like hot coffee. Never again will I visit this Tim Horton!

Fire whoever was on staff Tuesday November 14th 2023 at 3:45pm! I pulled up to the drive thru and the screen for the menu was off but the automated voice came over the speaker. I spoke back. Nothing. I waited and then said “Hello” several times with no response. So I figured maybe the system isn’t working and I pull up to the window where I see an employee inside at the coffee maker. They make eye contact with me and then walk away. At first I assumed they were with a customer so I waited. This employee walks past the window again and again making eye contact but never coming to the window. The last time they came near the window they took the coffee pot away and put on a coat. The sign said 5pm was the close time. There was no sign on the door to say that any type of system or anything was down. No communication what so ever. Just ignoring! I finally drove off and took a picture of the storefront. I’ll be writing to corporate.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but we’ve stopped by several times and they are never open. It has signage stating it’s under new management. Well today at near 3:30 p.m. we stopped by yet again and there was a white utility van in drive thru before us. The drive thru menu screen was completely black but an automated recording comes up asking if you want the 2 for $3 offer but no live person answers. We drove to the front of the building we saw employees inside sitting at tables and the sign was on and said open, outside other signage posted shows the daily hours as 5 am to 5 pm. So I then even googled this stores info and called the store number, no calls are going though on this stores number. Very, very creepy!
