Wow... I should have read the reviews first before coming here. However, was getting smoothies for loved one who was in the hospital nearby. Customer service for the young lady with the blonde hair and the manager with the locks were atrocious. The blonde hair associate was extremely rude with guests when we came in and had a very bad attitude. She kept complaining and shouting out how many more minutes before the store closed. If people came in, she would ask if it were door dash or pick up. I wanted to place an order and she was extremely rude. I asked her how much an item was and she rudely/sarcastically shouted "I don't know!" I said well "don't you work here?" I asked to speak to her manager whose name is Jarrell Oates? As I was explaining to him what occurred, the lady kept walking towards me from the back and kept interrupting me. I asked her a few times to not come towards me and interrupt because I was speaking with her manager. The last time, I asked for her name and I would have to deal with her with the company. The manager said that I threatened her and began to yell and curse me out saying to get out of his store and called the police. The police came and said there was nothing criminal done and they wouldn't be taking a report and told me to follow up with corporate. This store manager and lady were HORRIBLE. TS please take action to remedy this situation. Thank you

Many people wanted to order and were all turned away and very rudely. 4 workers were on the floor. All very rude due to an online order of 30 smoothies. Poor service and very lazy.

Walked in and immediately saw two of the three workers with their hair not back. We got one worker standing around with her ear buds in, one worker behind on making smoothies, and one worker on food. Not the worst service but definitely not the service I would’ve expected for this kind of business. To top off everything I get home to find a strand of hair in one of my smoothies. What ever happened to tying hair back or hair nets in the food industry?!

Every time I try to think that this location will improve their customer service, I get more disappointed. Today was the straw and I will no longer give my money to this location. Slow staff, unprofessional and rude! Had me wait for a Acai bowl just to give me a mixed berry bowl, the so called manager tries to tell I did order that and I know what I said. Instead of correcting it since I really wanted that she says you want a refund too? I’ll go to another location with a better staff! And will gladly tell people not to go to this location. This really rubbed me the wrong way.

I went there at 8:47, and this is the sending time I went in close to close and the amazing staff have been so nice and welcoming. The worker with the red hair is so sweet. I went in and just blind asked for a Baja blast and very nicely they said, ma’am we don’t sell that. I actually wanted a Bahama mama, which they made amazingly. But this is a good location with good people
Came in at 2:00 in the afternoon on a weekday. Three people working. All of them see me. Stood there five minutes with no acknowledgement of my existence. It was plain to see their indifference. Walked out. Never to return.

There was small white fibers inside of my mango berry drink. At first I did not notice it soon it felt like I was swallowing fur. As I pulled them out of my mouth they looked like dog hair. Never again ? so disappointed. Didn’t even offer a apology or a refund.
