Spent my entire 30 minute lunch break in the drive thru line. The girl on the speaker was not friendly or professional at all. Maybe it was the same girl at the window that just stuck her hand out to grab my debit card without saying a word. My food was hot. That’s the only positive. Won’t be back that’s for sure.

Sometimes all you can say is wow when and to get some Wendy's fries decide to make it a meal to try out the spicy scorpion or whatever chicken sandwich only one person in a line prior to me and they were just finishing up and left took almost 17 minutes to get my food then I get my food my spicy chicken sandwich isn't right off the broiler because that's what should have happened for it to have taken 17 minutes to get my food so I bit about two bites out of that and then I went to eat my fries and they were so salty that I couldn't even think about eating it and then even if they were done right and crispy and hot I wouldn't have been able to eat them because they didn't even have any catch up in their dispensers I don't know I thought Livonia would have a good Wendy's I won't pay back I just left it all there I couldn't even deal with it what was I going to do ask him to remake it all waste 30 more minutes of my time

Missing a few items from our order. Had to ask for napkins, straws, and our sauce for nuggets (which they had already asked when we placed the order). Seemed like the employees were struggling a bit unorganized. Hopefully they get some help sooner than later.
Worthless!! They need to hire employees that actually care. EVERY WENDY'S in the surrounding areas are HORRIBLE. I can only say this for evening orders. They can't seem to figure out what a baked potato is, always forgetting it, or turning the potato into cheese fries. ??Salad, dang that's really hard to figure out as well, I guess. Ordered a chili, came with a STACK of dice onions. Ordered a combo with cheese and chili fries. No drink cans with the order. Also the chili fries came with bacon instead of chili and jalapeño cheese. Didn't ask for that.Wendy's, STOP taking orders of your team is not intelligent enough to read, or care!!!

During the week if you make it at 11 on the dot , before everyone else gets there for lunch you will be out with your meal quickly. If not well, I hope you're ready to use your 30 min lunch break waiting. Other than that foods always good and service is good as well.
