The four star service is for the Indian lady who took my order/payment- She was friendly and patient as we tried to get the Apple Pay to work- Wendy’s needs to implement a handheld that can come out to the car window and we can hold our phone up to the device for Apple Pay versus the staff taking our phone and trying to do the Apple Pay. My Apple Pay has an extra level of security on it that you have to click- Which required my phone going Back-and-forth between the two of us. I didn’t feel comfortable with that because on my phone. It also list the other places that I have used Apple Pay. Also for the person who packed my order accurately- The girl at the window handing the order out to the car 2 stars- Try saying hello or smiling!The $2 cheeseburger was horrible! This again this is more towards Corporate Wendy’s, and not the location personally. The burger was the smallest little square of thin meat that I even had to open the bun to find it.- Brings back memories of “where is the beef” ad campaign that Wendy’s used to run- The meat couldn’t even get hot enough to melt the cheese. So basically, you’re just eating a bun with cheese-I threw it out- You business pictures, that you post, are quite deceptiveThe spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. It was perfect size and prepared perfectly.- The fries were hot, but flat in taste because they forgot to add salt-I wish their Coke was as good as McDonald’s-

Went here on a Saturday night around 11pm. They weren’t serving frostys because they already cleaned the machine out. Then they made us park to get our fries while there were no cars behind us. Don’t go here after 10pm.

I swear man. The wendys at 5 mile and Merriman is the WORST wendys of all time. They ALWAYS got an excuse at this time (11pm) bro .

They should at least let customers know if they don’t have an item. Got a baked potato paid almost $4 once I got to work and took it out of the bag all no cheese so they decided to throw cold shreds cheese on it. How is that ok? So unprofessional and how about you think to yourself would I eat this?

Regrets from the moment we sat down. The young man who took our order was good but the rest of the staff was just rude, quite inappropriate for work. Will not return to this location dinning room just looked dreadful. The person working drive thru had an issue with a customer, and the manager told the kid to hide in the back, knowing the lady was coming in. When the lady was complaining that he should not be working there, the manager said he was already gone. A few minutes later, the kid returned to the drive thru being rude to more customers. Sitting in the dining room and just seeing all of the interactions was just a shame the way it was being operated.
