I ordered Door dash just now. A Big Bag. The Bag was sealed with Both of my sandwiches missing. I work down the street. None of us will be patronizing this store again. I made sure I told the entire plant. And I sent the picture to door dash. The Manger of the store going to tell me that door dash has to replace my food. Wth is the seal on the bag for then? Why take a picture of your food then?

Been going to this location for over a year usually it's not too bad sometimes they're a bit rude, sometimes orders are a bit off. I always get a biggie bag and upcharge for the baconater fries. Tonight I was told that they are no longer allowed to upcharge to the baconater fries! Which is ridiculous you're still making money off of it. The GM should be ashamed of trying to rip people off by making them purchase the baconater fries separately. I won't do it you'll just lose out on my extra money ??‍♀️ quit with the greed.Update: they did NOT give me my full baconater fries portion they took one of the fries from the small fries and dumped it into the baconater fries container. This is not okay. I will not be returning to this location. I'll only be going to the one off of orchard lake road or the one in Southfield. Y'all are ridiculous.

I waited to be place my order for 5 minutes lady asked for me to speak up which I spoke directly into the speaker she didn’t give me a total after I placed my order once I got to the window she didn’t acknowledge me by saying hi how are you doing she just opened the window and said my total while giving her the money I told her I have the change but she proceeded to just give my 9.95 instead of a solid bill of 10$ I didn’t won’t how that change in my pocket all in all a unprofessional day there

Ordered through door dash. Not only did the dasher confirm with them that it was my order they still gave the dasher someone else’s order. Then when I order a re delivery through DoorDash they told the new dasher it had already been picked up and had DoorDash cancel my order. Myself and door dash tried calling them and no one answers. Absolutely awful service. So I ordered from somewhere else.
