Shortly after I walk in the store around 6pm on the 25th of January, a Caucasian woman approaches me; the associate asks if I need some help. I begin explaining the problem, and she cuts me off mid-sentence and refers me to someone else. Really lady? If anyone needs more training, it is this woman-- just plain rude.
