Go to redeem a $1 off any "regular" concrete mixer. I read the fine print, the coupon was not expired and there were no other special circumstances. I go to the drive thru and order a small concrete mixer and I tell them at the drive thru I have a coupon. The guy said okay we will apply it the window. I get to the window and then the guy tells me it has to be a medium concrete mixer. It does not say that anywhere on the coupon so I just left because he lied. I also called the manager and they refused to make it right claiming medium=regular. Yet that it's not mentioned anywhere in the fine print. I'm happy to post a screenshot of my coupon to prove it but they don't allow pictures on their review. They have lost me as a customer indefinitely.

We ordered burgers tonight through the drive through. It was the worse experience I've had. The meat was over cooked and dry. My husband said I would rather have burger from McDonald's it has better flavor. Service was good.

Food was delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns for a small upcharge that are actually pretty good, for gluten free anyways.Kid-friendliness: If you get the kids meal it comes with a dessert option. One of the options is to get a coupon to get free custard another day.

We love that Culver’s has decided to open up this location in Lowell, Michigan. It has been our go-to fast food restaurant since they opened a couple of years ago.Parking: Many handicapped parking spots right at their east entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get inside, but without powered doors, which they should consider for both wheelchair and other disabled customers using canes or walkers.
