A friend and I wanted to try a new BBQ place. We were a bit early on a Saturday (like 4:30) so we were ahead of any dinner rush. Seating was immediate and the dining area wasn't even half full. Lots of empty tables. The atmosphere was fun. It's a cool old building with exposed brick and ductwork. Our waitress was the worst part of the experience and the reason I'm only giving 3 stars. The food was really good for the nost part. My ribs were great fall off the bone. My hushpuppies tho were over done. My boyfriend got the meat combo and there was a really hard piece of brisket but the rest was great. Over all I plan to go back again. It's still one of the best bbq places around. The service is always fantastic.
