We all know that service a quality have gone way down hill at literally all food establishment in the last couple years but Three Brothers is in a totally different league. Used to be the best pizza place in Lowell. You have a better chance of getting your order made correctly at McDonald's.... and that's saying something. I'm sure they could care less but damn, take a little pride for God's sake. I'll never go there again and I will spread the word to absolutely anyone and everyone that will listen!

Called to order a pizza, because I couldn’t find a two litter option online. I’m remodeling a house and getting pizza for everyone. Lady answer the phone, and I ask - then say I need to order via phone because I couldn’t select that on the app. She was rude about it, said they don’t do delivery. And I apologized and said I just moved here and didn’t know because their website said they do lol and she literally said “well now you know” like ??? For real? I was about to fork some cash over - but I’ll call the other guys instead. You can keep the attitude too.
They never mess up my order and are very friendly. Food is amazing.

Again, GREAT FOOD! But apparently they don’t deliver, they tell you that you have to use door dash if you want your pizza delivered. Incredibly frustrating, considering the owner always delivers when he is there. Apparently things have changed. Not everyone uses doordash!
