Service is excellent. They almost never have a full compliment of their donuts. If you want an apple fritter, you better be in line when they open. Unless your looking for some more disappointment in your life, I'd avoid this place... it's a shame too! Crazy idea here. If you constantly sell out of something hours before close, maybe you should increase the amount you make??

I ordered 2 meals. Was charged properly for one. I asked about the charge for the second one. Was told a lie and was overcharged. I returned through the drive thru ordered the second meal again and asked for a receipt. Which proved they charged me wrong the first time. The girl taking my order the first time argued about my order. Which was why I returned to order another. I was charged separately for my meal the first time and together the second time. My milk was $2.11 the first time. $0.12 the second time. Ask for receipts!!!!! They are overcharging when they feel like it. Sadly I have been there more than once and this was not the only time I questioned it. But, the first time I made a point to get receipts and go through a second time. I have had hard as rock hashbrowns many times. They actually gave me a fresh one my second time through and it was not hard as a rock. Not sure why they decided it is okay to charge extra, serve old food, or treat return customers this way. I have had some decent service before.

The girls who take my orders are so nice and I always love coming here. I’m sad about apparent worker conditions though from what I’ve been told - it sounds like the manager isn’t very nice to them. Be nice to your workers and pay them well and you’ll have less turnover! :) leaving 5 stars for the staff and awesome food/drinks.
