Great food, puffy tacos and cheese enchiladas are our favorite. I would of gave them 5 stars but their salsa is the worst, it would be perfect if they would fix the salsa.

Chille Rellenos came out undercooked, Ice cold in fact. The rice and refried beans were piping hot. I was in a time crunch and couldn't send them back to be heated. The flavor of everything was excellent.The service was great except that I mentioned the issue to my waitress and the manager. Neither offered me anything, no free dessert, comped drink, 10% off the bill, credit for a future purchase..nothing.For $30 for a meal they need to do better imo.

Dear Management,Please explain why you would have a violent police show on your TV’s for your patrons.Do customers really want to watch people getting shot, or a woman in a choke hold with a gun pointed to her head while trying to have a meal?Do you really think that we would want our children to see these violent shows that are rated TV 14?Besides the awful atmosphere, the food is very good and our waitress was nice.Atmosphere- 1 out of 10.Food - 9 out of 10.Service - 9 out of 10.I mean seriously, what are you thinking to have such ghetto garbage on your TV screens?It’s up to the manager to make sure that the customers have a pleasant experience, so there’s no excuses. This brought my rating down to two stars.Thank you.

I want to start by saying the service was excellent and everyone was very nice. We had never eaten at this location before, only at the one in Fraser literally decades ago. We were not happy at that location (poor service, meh food) but wanted to try the Macomb location bc it always seemed busy. The restaurant was decent enough, not fancy but nice enough. However the food was a huge disappointment. It wasn't awful but it wasn't amazing either. I ordered the three enchiladas with the rice and beans. The rice was decent but again not amazing. The beans were so bland I had to add a LOT of hot salsa just to give them some flavor, and I can't eat hot things like I used to do. I have made refried beans at home and it's so easy to make them flavorful, so someone needs some lessons in making them taste better. The chips were good but the salsa was just meh. I was so disappointed in the enchiladas. They had no flavor and I ended up taking them home and rescued them with some extra cheese and seasoning. My husband had the wet burrito dinner but wasn't impressed either. I gave two stars only bc I didn't want to be too harsh but we won't ever go back. There are other options that are much better!
The food is amazing. Authentic Mexican and their own specialty puffy tacos. The only knock is that they allow customers to park in no parking signs area, and it screws with traffic going to Kroger or anywhere else. The customers can use a true parking space 30 feet away and not be lazy.
