Everyone else talking about service being slow is not joking. I usually don’t read reviews before I gosomewhere, but this time I regret not doing so. I legitimately waited half an hour and still not sure if the food is going to be brought or if it will be good even. Definitely report this place to MCD and avoid it.

Terrible customer service at night, literally took another vehicle order that came after me after I said ok to the cash only option ? just go to Taco bell, don't have to worry about having cash and the customer service is better

So I had my son run in today after school as I sat in the car and the employee told my son one minute and 15 minutes later still standing there with zero help. Fast food like this country is going downhill due to ignorance of the employees acting like you're a burden when you go in. The food is also never ever fresh. I can't remember the last time they got my order right so for this reason I will never ever visit another McDonald's again. Not only is it OVERPRICED but the food is old and crusty if they even get your order right. 15 min for a sweet tea and walked out with nada.

WHAT takes sooo long to get food here!!??I spent at least 5 minutes at the speaker just waiting to be acknowledged. Then another 15 minutes waiting behind the 2 cars ahead of me before I got to the window. They had to ask what I ordered, forgot to add sauce for my nuggets and handed me a shake that was only 70% full. No clue, no cares, no apologies for the 20 minute wait, no thank you! UPDATE: AND THE FOOD WAS COLD.
I do like a good big mac. Enfortunately the prices are extreme. I can go to a sit down restaurant And buy a meal for the price I paid at mcdonald's. A sit down restaurant AND great table service. EVEN CAME with a SALAD. I guess healthier also.

I just ordered from here. I waited almost 20 minutes in line. They asked me what I ordered 2 times at the 1st window. Then AGAIN asked at the 2nd window 3 MORE TIMES! I got a McChicken with NO CHICKEN PATTY. it only had Bacon on it and cheese in the bun. I got extra orders of fries I didn't order, Never got my chicken nuggets. and I got 1 beef patty on my Big Mac NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THIS PLACE MY MONEY

Not only is this store ridiculously inattentive at the counter (ignoring a line 6 guests long, as multiple staff members walked by and just looked at them, until one pounded on the counter), but once they have your order, calling their preparation times glacially slow would be doing them a favor. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes for your hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. Visiting this McDonald's requires a tolerance for watching uncaring staff who walk like zombies.This is also one of the most expensive McDonald's I have ever seen, with prices rivaling the store at the airport, $2-3 high for the area across the board.The only positive of this store is that it still has a play place.

Every time I come here service is so slow they always take 10+ minutes to take my order because they are "taking one order at a time" then another 10-15 to make the food it's absolutely ridiculous they take the fast out of fast food. This is the second time it's taken around 25 minutes to get food from here and I've only been twice. The cashier with braids is not friendly and the food is always cold.
