This is no longer a Papa Johns..Google tells me it is and directs me to a Papa John's. Never once did they indicate it was a Cottage Inn. Much to my surprise when I couldn't find it and called back they answered it Cottage Inn. Talk about being disappointed and over priced for what you get.Someone needs to get there act together and fix the problem

While waiting on a doordash, we asked the guy when are they given the order. From then on he was nothing but a rude little tool. We heard his loud mouth little comments to his co worker. He was also I little smart mouth to us. We won't pick up orders from that location now. For sure wouldn't order food from there.

Impossible to order pizza here. Sometimes they deliver, sometimes they don't. Sometime you can order online, sometimes you cannot. Sometimes the app tells you to call and no one answers.They are not open during the hours they say they are... undependable and not a place that wants your business... so why not just close shop and save everyone the aggravation. They ate a slice out of the box! Who does that? After waiting for an hour to get my delivery, I had to drive up to the location because they didn't answer the phone. They showed me that they made the order and a piece!

This place states it’s open at 11am and 3 times now they aren’t open during their listed hours and doors are locked and the lights are off . It’s 11:44- still not open! I understand places may be short staffed but maybe change your hours then because we’ve tried to order pizza for events 3 separate times now and they’re never open when they’re supposed to be!
Thank you for standing up a bus full of elementary age children today! 21 kids had a scheduled outing at your location with their Summer Camp earlier today. When the bus arrived at the scheduled time the doors were locked and no one would answer their phone. The kids were so excited. You really owe them an apology. Sad day. Thanks Papa Johns, way to represent the brand.

We love papa John’s but ever since we moved to macomb we have been forced to use the 23 and hayes location …… we try to use online ordering through their website and stay away from door dash because we’d rather let their employees make the money and the tip.My wife and I are both long time restaurant industry people and we tip well and definitely understand how hard to industry is and almost NEVER have anything negative….But this location is just really poor unfortunately. Every time we order delivery through their website we get a call saying “ sorry the driver left for the day “ so tonite we tried to order before 7 so that wouldn’t happen and of course it did. I understand labor cost and cutting employees to hit labor budgets but come on it wasn’t even 7 pm yet .. the dinner rush wasn’t even over. I am sure a manager or someone could have taken the delivery. We tip 100% on dine in , carryout and delivery because of our extensive industry experience. So I guess they missed out and were just done trying with them. We will definitely use DoorDash if we ever even order from there again.I am a director of operations for a national brand and would definitely not tolerate my team making poor decisions like this. Just sayin…. Too bad because papa John’s really does have a unique great product.. what’s. Shame

One of the best pizza places in town! Stuffed crust is my go to. I highly recommend it. And if you want a pizza place with desserts that never disappoint...this is it. Austin was working when I went in and the orders were flying in. I was pleasantly suprised when even though he was clearly knee deep in making pizzas he still had the courtesy to turn and greet me as I entered. Not only was Austin an amazing worker he also did what every business owners wants in this world...He put the customer first. Great job man! I'll be back for another stuffed crust soon!
