I gave this a second chance after they got my first order wrong and I had to come back for the 3rd sandwich not there of the four ordered. The Owner gave me a Military Discount the last time I was here but this time then said we only help out Police and Fire and only do free sandwiches on Veterans day. It was not advertised that he did free sandwiches on Veterans day as I looked that day, so that is a lie. He said this very loud to me and it was rude. I will take my business to 22 and Van Dyke Tubbys where they care about Veterans every day and give a discount on regular food visits in the future. He also did not have any advertised wings. How can you be out of wings? Terrible Customer Service! Stay away!!!!*******Updated, the sandwich ordered was not as good as other Tubbys too. Must not be made with same ingredients and no obvious TLC.

New store, fresh look for a Tubbys. The owner is fully in the trenches with the other employees and seems to genuinely care about the integrity of the service and the food, by far the best location I have visited. Despite misinformation provided by other patrons the prices are comparable to most other locations and competitors and to be expected in the current market. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
Ordered a 2XL mushroom steak and cheese and was charged $23.50 at Romeo Plank store. Price at all the other tubby restaurants is only $14.50. That’s a big up charge and the food was not that great. I will definitely drive the distance to get better food at better prices.
