I needed a quick meal at night and wanted something easy. Saw an Applebee's in the area and drove there.The food was surprisingly good. The burger wasn't the best I had, but it was really tasty and cooked to perfection.The "boneless" chicken, was unfortunately served with bones. Flavour wise these were awesome and straight out of the kitchen.Service wise I didn't expect much and equally I received okay service. The kitchen staff seem to know what they were doing on this night!

My sisters and I went holiday shopping with our mom and we stopped in to reward ourselves with lunch and cocktails. The service was friendly and fast. The kitchen prepared food perfectly and the bartender blended delicious cocktails. We had no idea they were short staffed until we complimented our server on the food and service and she mentioned that the managers were cooking all the food and there was only three other folks running the whole restaurant. Very well done.

I should preface this by saying both my sister and I are servers and are very patient and understanding when dining out. But this experience even pushed me to my limit. We were sat right away and there were maybe two other tables in the restaurant. Took the waitress 15-20 minutes to come greet us and get our drink order. We all order and food comes out quite awhile later. The waitress Tracy drops off the food and runs off, our drink needed refilled and my sister hadn't even received her meal plus we were missing a few sauces. No big deal, thought she was just going back to get the other meal and then would ask if we needed anything else. She did not come back for another 30+ minutes. I tried explaining what was missing when she did finally appear ready to give us the bill and that my steak that I ordered medium rare, was well done. And she didn't even offer any sort of apology for not getting my sister's meal out just said in a very rude tone that she'd get the manager. The manager was some young girl that hadn't even been seen on the floor until she came out when the waitress sent her to us. They were just unbelievably slow, unfriendly and unprofessional. I would have understood more if they had been busy but there was only a few other people in the restaurant.

Went about 4:00 pm, were seated right away, but took the waitress forever to get our drink orders, then once we finally ordered it took over a half hour to bring our appetizer . My husbands Mac and cheese with chicken on top was runny like they took noodles and poured cheese on top and threw chicken on top of that . Not baked and bubbly but runny cheese that didn't even cover all the noodles. We the food came , the waitress dropped it off and walked away not asking if we needed anything else,Just dropped it off and walked away. She never checked on us during out meal but came near the end of our meal and asked if we wanted desert, when we said no she dropped off the check and walked away . We haven't been there for a really long time and wont be back either. There was maybe 5 tables of costumers in there at the time . WONT be back !!

I would like to start by giving my server Sara B a big shout out for doing a fantastic job when she was running around like crazy as the place was severely understaffed and the bartender and her were the only two servers. She tried her best and the two ran the whole place. The host on duty should have just been fired. We walked in and watched him seat two tables. Then he sat us in the same area. I didn’t realize it was all up to Sara so it understandably took her a minute to get everyone taken care of. He should have told us there would be a wait. But anyway, he sat us and I asked for a high chair which he gave us, and put it at the head of the table. I didn’t think it was an issue. The manager came over and made us move, saying it was against the fire code. I understand that too. But the best part came halfway through our meal. He just disappeared and the bartender had to keep going to the door. He apparently had sat down at another table-at the head-that we couldn’t do-talking, laughing and completely ignored the guests at the door. We didn’t see him do anything after that, other than get up to watch tv. The other two cleaned tables and greeted guests. It honestly seemed like it was easier on them after he sat down. I tip my hat to the bartender as well for picking up the slack. And he did make a good drink. I would have pointed it out to the manager but he got up before I had a chance. To management: here’s what you’re paying the host to do. Sara and the young man bartending-great job, I wish you the best.

I’ve been here multiple times and normally have a good meal, that’s not the case tonight. Not only were we waiting for an hour for our food on a night that’s not busy but out of 7 meals, 3 were wrong. My friends birthday plans were messed up because of this.

Worst service I have ever received in 23 year on earth. There was 5 people working on the waiting staff and It took 10 minutes just to be greeted by someone. Everyone single one of them walked past and completely ignored our existence. They only had 10 tables seated (25% capacity) and told us it was a 20 minute wait. Mind you there was no large parties, there were only couples at each table. Once we were seated it took another 10 minutes to get our order taken. The food took eons to come out, it was cold and old. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and especially this chain of restaurants. I will not return to Applebees in my lifetime. The waitstaff, cooks and management have tarnished the Applebees name. I'd hope some change would come to this location for others visiting this location.

Came here for dinner and apparently they had a few call offs this night but our Server DeAndrea B. took care of us. She was amazing from beginning to end. Stayed on top of things, gave us an outstanding service and regardless of the restaurant being short staffed she over performed like a pro. The staff that was working they were all great and friendly. We were very pleased with her service and great attitude. She definitely made our dinner a wonderful one. SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION. ?

We will definitely NOT be returning to this location. We waited close to 15 minutes for our drinks after the waitress (Sara) asked what we’d like, and then she brought my husband the wrong drink. She was standing at the bar talking to other people for a while before she even brought us our drinks. We then waited about 30 minutes for our food. We ordered different types of steak, mine was on my husbands plate, my husbands was on my plate. The plate I had, had burnt bits all over it. I had to scrape it off. My fries were soggy and covered with burnt bits that were all over the plate. She was complaining to a coworker about wanting a cigarette break, but couldn’t be bothered with helping her customers. When we left, there was a man sitting alone near the doors and I noticed he kept looking over like he’s looking for the waitress. This place was absolutely terrible and I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Waste of money.

Had the Cajun shrimp & chicken which I ordinarily would not make at home The mushrooms and onions, along with the garlic mashed potatoes were very tasty. The very reasonably priced red wine also complemented the meal. Am very glad I chose to eat at Applebee's on this business trip. Also, great service!
Went here for a carryout. (shrimp alfredo) WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! The pasta was so soft and overcooked. The shrimp where burnt. No pasta sauce. I called back up there and she said a manager was not available. They just recently turned there reviews on, I'm sure they are tired of all the bad reviews. Don't take peoples money if you can't offer quality food it's not right!!!!!!

I have now been to Applebee's three times and all three times have been horrible! It's too bad because the food is good! Applebee's needs to learn how to hire friendly people who enjoy being in the customer service field! All three different locations all three the same problem! Horrible rude service! We literally felt like we were being kicked out halfway through our meal! I hadn't even finished my glass of wine and they brought the bill! It was my birthday! Happy birthday to me! Awful!

They were all on their phones and the manager and staff all sat at a booth in the back when it wasn't "busy", there was crumbs in my seat smudges on the picture frames, and straw wrappers all over the floor. Every other Applebee's I have ever been to the people were #busssnnn wiping seats, dusting, maning their stations.. the host kid was walking around with a to go cup in one hand and his phone in the other.. I've seen better work ethic at a McDonald's. it was awe inspiring ? I'd say zero stars but at the very least the staff was friendly.

My first time coming here I got some uncooked chicken. The plate was taken before I could snap the photo. I got another fresh order and they were fine. I think the bartender Josh is so sweet! He's nice, knowledgeable and makes the process a lot easier! I've frequent this place almost every week now, soley from the customer service. The food isn't bad and the drinks aren't too shabby for 5.00 either. Now don't expect gourmet food but it's decent for a pop in!
