Food is always amazing here, but the GM "Brittany" is completely untrained and unprofessional. Mostly all the employees are very respectful but the GM will talk about a customer right in front of their face and will get mad at her employees for not doing anything when they're slow but she is always no where to be found. I would only ever go back if she wasn't in that position anymore.

My first time going to you as I typically go to Jersey Mikes. I ordered a Ham and Swiss with mayo only and I get back to my office and my sub has everything on it. Now it am going to Jersey Mikes as the sub I purchased from you is in my trash can. Horrible first impression and never even took a bite to try your food.My reply - I did provide feedback on your website prior to posting this review but I am yet to receive a response.

The person who works there mostly as a boss has deliberately sided with someone he liked over someone else, as that person blamed things on another employee when they did the same things, employees sit in the lobby on their phones 100% of the time..Over All foods good just don't like the fact the employees are being blamed or even yelled at for the same thing another employee was doing as they blamed it all on them.

Covid killed this place. This place used to be my go to, I work around the corner. Was always pretty expensive but used to be worth it. When a former manager left and went to Culvers, this place started to go down a little but about 2 months after that Covid hit, after the closing orders were lifted this place didn’t reopen right away and when they did it has never been the same. Service is ok, but the food is now gross. Been back about 5 times since the pandemic stuff and every time its been terrible. No longer even close to being worth the prices they charge. They need to just permanently close. No one I know goes here anymore.

Normally have a good experience here, but I came in with my fiancé one day and the worker informed me that they were "short staffed" and it would be like a half hour before we would get our food. There were two employees there and literally no other customers. They also weren't doing anything when we walked in. If it was busy I could understand. But no customers other than us? I don't get that. Whatever, I don't think we'll be back.

The food is always amazing and most of the staff as well, everyone except for the manager Brittany she is very unwelcoming and unfriendly! She could definitely use some courses on how to cope with stress at work!

Food was really good, made exactly how I like it. It was just extremely expensive. Like 40 something dollars for two subs and two medium fries.Parking: It's a plaza so it has its own parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Can easily get in.

Good workers , bad food .Upon arriving home 20 minutes after getting carry out of 2 small subs , 1 order of fries , we discovered bits of plastic in the subs andHuman hair in both subs and in the fries as well . It was extremely gross and disgusting to pay that kind of money and not get edible food . A restaurant should take pride in what they serve !! We have reported this incident to corporate and are waiting a response .People in my family own restaurants and this would never happen !This place needs to be shut down , inspected and cleaned, and disinfected ASAP !!Today I am notifying the HEALTH DEPT !This incident happened 2 days ago , Jan 3RD, 2024 . What a gross ? way to start 2024 !
