My only issue was with the time it took to pick up my order. There was a line up when i arrived and had to run inside to pick up. I waited in the drive thru for like 15 minutes prior to going in. They were waiting on Chicken to cook during the dinner hour.

I ordered 3 chicken fingers meal but the chicken fingers didn't have batter spread out evenly on the surface and some part of chicken meat was exposed and greasy. I would rather visit the other branch on 15 mile because I had never had same issue from that location.

The chicken fingers here are so delicious. I get the 3pc combo with lemon pepper seasoning on my fries with half tea half lemonade. They never disappoint. I have only ordered in the drive thru and I have gotten my food nice and hot and quickly.

For online orders, make sure you check they gave you everything before you walk out. Unfortuately, you will have already paid for it, so if its missing anything, your choices are limited to refunding the missing items or waiting while they make the missing hot food to go along with your rapidly-getting-old/cold food. In my case, the young man was eager for me to take my order and walk out, but I stood at the counter and checked. As you have guesed, it was missing some things. Did I get an apology for the mistake and the additional delay? Nope, nothing. In fact the young man wouldn't come back to the counter, so another lady had to take care of the mistake. Ridiculous.By the way, the food was okay.
