I was having trouble with the menu and one of the employees near the front started helping me with the machine. There was a technical problem but he went out of his way to figure it out. While he was checking into it another employee asked if I needed help. They got it figured out for me. Good service for fast food. This location is the worst Taco Bell in Metro Detroit. The potatoes and the chalupa shell were like chewing on a rawhide bone. The employees are extremely lazy and also are horrible with any special orders. I would not feed their food to my dog.

This is the worst Taco Bell anywhere. The night manager has no idea what he's doing. Anything we ever got from here isn't Taco Bell standard. I would have it closed down or at least fire everybody and get properly train them. I'll keep going 5 miles out of my way for proper service
