I get carryout at this location 2-3 times a month. I choose this particular Tim Hortons for a few reasons. The 1st being that it's on the way home from my doctors office, but I do pass quite a few.2nd: The employees are professional and friendly. May not seem like a big deal, but I don't like eating from places with unhappy or rude employees. Here the food is fresh and delicious.3rd: and this is important, The restaurant and it's washroom are clean. Cleanliness is paramount with me and my family when eating at any restaurant.
Fast paced, came in during rush. Git out fast. Always good coffee.Parking: I like that the parking is not boxed in by the drive thru lane. The exits are easy. To make right, use north. To go left or the shopping plaza across the street, use west exit, make a right, you have a stop light, easy left turn.

This Tim Hortons is in an awkward place. It's hard to get to it on 12 miles and J.R. area. It's just before the North and South exit to get onto I-75. If the traffic is good, no problem turning left out of the parking lot.The food is good and hot and the service is good too.I have been to better Tim Hortons, like the one on 12 Mile and Grosbeck. They're very good and they have good food too. The only down fault is at 6 am-6:30 am They're very busy and rush the orders through not right sometimes.Parking: The location is hard to get to and not very much room between buildings. The service is good, but the area is slim-picking. It's ok ? that's why it's called fast food.?

Not sure why they use iced coffee when we order cold brew instead of just telling us they're out of it. The difference is very clear and it taste like burnt water. extra large iced coffee at tims is about $3 and the cold brews go for $5 so were just getting ripped off. I know the difference because I've been to many other locations that look and taste completely different. The manager was very sweet and kind and was not the person who made the coffee.
Just tried Hortons for the first time. This is also my last. I got home and started eating my egg and cheese on a bagel. After some bites I noticed some black line that looks like something foreign in the egg. See photo) . I immediately stopped eating it. Gross!

Shouldn’t have sign claiming new ownership if you haven’t made the place any better. Iced Capp always has too much cream not enough coffee and hash brown was hard as a rock. The disrespect to give someone food (that they paid for) that can’t be eaten.
