Great location in downtown Manistee along the river, deck outside for warm weather, nice open feeling inside with high ceilings, a good decor with a mixture of elegance and rustic. Our server was Lauren who was warm, hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Lauren. Being a former executive chef in Detroit, I try to leave any criticism on a level to learn from in a review. I recently had the Walleye with Asparagus and Risotto. Everything except the pricey fish was perfectly prepared. The Walleye was so dry and leathery towards the thinner part, it was inedible. I could not eat it. Because my dining companion was picking up the tab, I waited to send a private message to Bluefish myself. Which they read..and ignored. Crickets. So...When...read full review
