Celebrated Christmas with my 94 year old Dad and family with this most awesome food from BRB! First time trying them out to cater for 15 people. Brisket, Mac and cheese, veggie kebab, salad and corn bread. Generous portions and everything was delicious.

Alittle hard to find, but we called and they were soo nice and helpful! I got the brisket dinner meal, cooked just right. They really know how to season their food, absolutely nothing was bland! Mini potatoes were even seasoned and great. I'm definitely gonna be back and try something different! The prices are absolutely phenomenal for the amount of food and how good it was!!

My wife and I chose Big River BBQ as the catering vendor for our wedding. Our big day featured a good amount of vegan/vegetarian guests, along with a ton of meat eaters. Big River was able to accommodate both groups with unbelievably delicious options, and service with a smile. We still have guests from the wedding raving about the food almost a month later! The staff worked with my wife and I leading up to the wedding the whole way, managing the menu, getting food costs, and nailing down logistics so on the day we didn't have to worry at all.We want to highlight Big River's expertise, customer service, and truly appreciate them offering vegan options so everyone could be included! Huge portions but overall the most bland bbq I've ever had. Pit master where did you hide all the flavor? Also brisket is supposed to be soft, moist, fall apart. Not chewy like a steak.
