Every single time I go here it takes between 15 and 30 minutes to get your order and that's when the line is short. This morning there were two cars in front of me the first pulling away almost immediately. I was in line for a total of 16 minutes. NO ONE IN LOBBY. My food didn't start getting made until I got to the window and that was 9 minutes to make two microwave turkey sandwiches. The priority was not the customer it was them talking about meaningless drama and worrying about constantly changing the music on their phone. Never have I ever seen such a slow coffee shop in my life and it's been like this for years. I'll stick to the Beckley location I'm in and out and they are always slammed and still manage to be quick.

Drive thru is vary low priority when ordering. Easy 30 minute wait if your three cars back from from ordering. All this while watching 10 customers walk in and walk out with a minimum of 4 drinks each.

Nice and clean on the inside the staff is nice and fast and I love supporting Michigan businesses, so I try to stop at Bigbys when in Michigan instead of a national chain - they always are worth it and the marshal location is no acceptation.Kid-friendliness: Something for the kids and adults here, my two kids love the frozen hot chocolates while I get a latte with an extra shot.

I come to this biggby often. EVERYTIME I have been there the customer service has been exceptional, this locations staff is absolutely my favorite!
