Bought a gift card & frozen watermelon lemonade through the drive thru. They took a copy of my drivers license wanted my phone number for the purchase of gift card. That made me very uncomfortable. If I didn't need the gift card (for a gift) right away I would have said forget it. They claimed there's been fraud with gift cards. The frozen lemonade was very syrup-y tasting. Probably won't be back to this location.
I wanted to let management know how great it was to have a friendly face 12/16 after 8pm. I asked the nman’s name and I think he said Osham but not sure. I’m sure you can find this young man and let him know he is appreciated. I work midnight and on my way to work I sometimes stop. Tonight was exceptional service and my latte was amazing. Thank you

I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. I went in yesterday and ended up getting to work and noticing I had someone else’s order. I called and spoke with Carley. She was so sweet and professional. She told me to come in today to get my order remade. I just left and I have to say everyone was so nice about the issue. Mistakes happen I totally get it and they were on top of the issue !!
