I gave 5 star for service because of Divin an employee that understands customer service. I walked in..there is a bell to ring at counter..after a long wait..an associate told me she would be right with me..another long wait.. Divin looks at me,apologized and gave me a rootbeer float on the house..that's service Divin.. thank you for being you!!

The food is hit or miss. Some days it's great--burger taste good, fries are hot, cheese curds are warm and not burnt. Other days not great.I haven't been impressed with any of wait staff at this location. One day it's some young woman in the back arguing with the cook, swearing at him. To today barely sat down and already want my order, and then gave me the bill before I could even say I wanted something else.The interior always looks dirty. The entryway is uninviting. It looks like there is a lot of clutter on the counters.Sometimes the drive through staff are friendly and other times they are rude. Most of the time if I order through drive through food is always cold. ,

My husband and I went here this morning for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy. The waitress never said a word to us. She came in and out of the back no less than four times and never asked if we would like a menu or coffee. She did clean a table up. It was like she was purposely not waiting on us . We will not be back for breakfast.

The food here tastes pretty good, but they almost always get my order wrong. I always get a burger with no cheese, idk what the problem is. Today they got my burger right but instead of onion rings like I ordered I got cheese curds. kind of ironic. I can't eat cheese so it's a waste of food and I'm done

I have always loved coming here. I'm very surprised at the service and food today. I ordered no onions on my hash browns, my entire order was bad, The bacon was cold and hard, the toast was burnt it was all cold, and they were not busy at all only 4 people. Service was poor.
