I stopped here for just a quick moment. My sister ordered food and the gal who took her order was exceptionally pleasant and fast. The gas station however: we were not greeted she barely looked at me and the bathrooms were in need of some help.

Manager was awful. Rude! I sat in lobby over 10 mins waiting while drive through orders kept going by. I asked her about it and she said I only have 1 person in grill. But she would stand in the front and do nothing instead of helping her team, when my order was done she slammed it on the counter smashing everything in the bag and didn't say a word and walked away. Kipp rd McDonalds awful.
I would give a Zero if possible! Don’t eat at this Mcdonald’s!! My wife and I visited this restaurant on 11/22/23 at 9:45 pm. The lousy customer service started at the drive through window when the employee was speaking in an unintelligible manner, thinking it was funny to hear us ask him to repeat himself three times. We could also see him laughing with another employee in the window. Not sure why but we proceeded to order our food. We waited for over 15 minutes for our food!That said, the food was HORRIBLE! The fries were cold, both Big Mac and quarter pounder had a glob of mustard in the center and was also ice cold. The owner of this Mcdonald’s should provide re-training for these employees or fire them. Apparently we were their entertainment for the night.

If I could give less I would. You'd get your meal faster if you butchered the cow yourself. I order 2 cheeseburgers and they made me pull forward and wait 15 minutes. Are you kidding me? They don't deserve to be paid there. Manager needs to be fired. Something, because that is ridiculous

8/83/23 7:26PM. Terrible customer service. Tried telling me I didn't pay for my order when I used the APP to make the purchase. Once they actually looked at the order they realized that it was already paid for and told me "it's not your fault." The short stature, scruffy faced manager on duty has an attitude and is very disrespectful.

I was just order 1231 on 8/6/23. My order was placed at 1:22pm in the drive through. I got my food handed to me at 1:35pm….I was waiting in spot #2. The food was cold at the time I received it. I tried calling to ask about it and line was busy. This is nuts. I live 1.3 miles from here, what are you going to do to make up for this McDonalds.
