Time for an update to my old mixed review. These guys deserve 5 star status from me now. I’ve been going through the drive through for late night tacos a lot lately, much more than ever before, as the food has been great, and the service even better. The night manager (I hadn’t caught her name, but she might remember me as I made sure to let her know) has done an amazing job, I typically come in the last hour of being open, which I know isn’t always ideal but she always has a very positive attitude and always ensures I’m taken care of as a customer. She’s maintained this positivity while training new staff on a busy nights which I know can be stressful. the new employees have been wonderful as well! Thank you mason Taco Bell team!

Stopped in the morning to get some breakfast. The first younger girl taking our order in the drive thru had some trouble hearing us, which is fine, but when the older woman took over she was very rude and snarky. She was rushing us and tried to give us our total mid order, making us feel like we were a burden. She had a terrible attitude and bad customer service.

First time I have ever had a problem with this specific Taco Bell, but tonight was the first time. Ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito, got charged for it and got this monstrosity instead. They didn’t even add sauce it’s literally just beef, potato chunks which were rock hard and rice. I get mistakes happen but like how did no one catch this bad of one?

I wanted to believe the reviews below to be untrue but boy was I wrong. I took my family to the Mason Taco Bell for a change and i have not ate this food in years. There was no line at 6:30pm so we got our food pretty quick. As soon as we got our order, my wife checked the bag and noticed the order was wrong. She took the bag into Taco Bell to get the order corrected and they just tossed my wife a $1 coupon and didn't provide good customer service. When we got home, the order was still wrong, I paid $33 for 6 tiny crappy burrito's and a drink. The shell was more food than what was put into the burritos. What a RIP OFF!!!The food is not good here (not fresh and old), the order is usually always wrong, and the price for these little crappy burrito's is not worth it. Don't waste your time and money here. Taco Bell is not what it used to be to be.... :(
