This Wendy’s was pretty good. We got our stuff fairly quick for lunch. The spicy chicken I had just had a big chunk of white iceberg lettuce. There was nothing green about it.

I live right up the road. Awhile back the staff was awesome and everything was given to you very quick. Now, the food is ALWAYS cold. Nothing is fresh. And the staff is constantly socializing and not focused on the customer. You’re there to work. I’ve waited in their drive through line for almost 45 minutes before. Completely unacceptable. The last time I was there I heard one of the employees say to another one, “This is why corporate was called on you”. So my guess is that I’m not the only one who has complained. Not impressed.

Ordering dinner here is fine it seems but they can’t seem to figure out how to put their sandwiches in the morning together and all they say is “I’m sorry ma’am.” Which only goes so far after the third Time ordering is once again wrong. I’d rather have good service and actually get what I ordered than an “I’m sorry”. The photo was supposed to be a honey chicken biscuit. No chicken. The croissant egg, cheese, and sausage came without egg or cheese, which no one asked for that. Who puts a sandwich together with just bread and says “yep, that’s what someone ordered!?”

The service and the food was horrible they didn't bother to put ice in our drinks they mixed the chicken tenders with spicy and regular we asked for regular these people just do not know how to be there for the public the dining room's closed called corporate corporate is done nothing they were supposed to be somebody calling back nobody's called back do not go to this restaurant

I waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me. After 20 minutes, they received a tiny bag that couldn’t have held more than an order of fries. All i ordered was a single salad so i don’t see how it could have possible taken that long?? When I pulled forward I looked in the bag and realized my salad dressing was missing. I parked to go inside to retrieve the dressing, just to find out the lobby was conveniently closed. I pulled around to the drive thru (which now had 3 cars in it) to see if someone could bring the dressing out to me. They said “Oh just pull forward to the second window when you can.” To which I was in disbelief. I turned out and left the parking lot I couldn’t believe she wanted me to wait another half hour just for my dressings? Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t order from here unless you are willing to wait an hour for mediocre food.

The indoor area was locked at 7:30 at night. The drive thru was extremely slow. Once I finally made it to the window, I had to tell the lady 3 different times what I had ordered. She then tried to give me the wrong drink. There was no straw in my bag, and the fries tasted like they'd been sitting out for an hour. I've been unimpressed with this location for quite some time now. The time before I waited in the drive thru for a half hour with only 3 cars ahead of me. I will go out of my way to go to a different Wendys.

I have given this place so many chances. Something is wrong with my order every time. Been frequenting this place two to three times a week. Last night I ordered a baconator, large fry and an unsweet tea. I got a regular cheeseburger, a half full large fry and a warm large tea because they had no ice. Steer clear. I think this place is beyond help.
