“Food here is great. I love the fish, crab legs, and frog legs! The breading is also not heavy and seasoned! It has great flavor! Sandwiches, burgers, and appetizers are also great. Most of the decorations are political, but that doesn't bother me as much as it might others, so if you are politically motivated and have a more liberal outlook, I wouldn't stop by. I don't even agree with their political stance, but I can't deny that the food and service are both good! Also, everyone I have come across that works here, is very friendly and accommodating.“

“It's a hole in the wall bar. Which those are the ones I like. The only thing I had an issue with isn't with the staff. There was no real issues by any means. I was just looking forward to having a night of playing pool with my husband and next thing we knew quarters were laid on the table, over and over and over... and over.... and over... when we walked in no one was even using the pool table. It was still a lovely night, and still had a good night. The people just seem pretty competitive here, one guy was trying to be a shark, at least on that night. I only got 1 game with my husband.“

“I accidentally stumbled on this place on my trips to Michigan, and I absolutely love the atmosphere and the food, the bartender and my server named Kelly was awesome, but I think I forgot to lay a tip down for her the last time I was there last week, I hope she's not too mad at me I will make it up too her on my next trip through. “The Dive Bar did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the drinks are mixed to perfection and the burgers are hands down the best burgers around! “Down in the area for work. Stopped in this quaint little epitome of the old polish neighborhood bars that dotted the streets of Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. Extremely clean and The last of a dying breed. Well worth popping in and admiring the art deco bar and history of the mosaic tile entryway. Hopefully you have someone who is going to be your co-pilot and take 5 minutes to Sit down and absorb the history it is meant to be lived and experienced it is about the journey not the destination.“

“I've only been here three times over two years. It's been pretty casual each time. Not on a Weekend, just Thursday's or something and not late. It never has many here then, but a five or six, that's perfect. It's a nice place, I don't live around here or I'd probably frequent more.“

“Sat at the bar.. ordered drinks and dinner. Bartender was really nice, food was amazing, I ordered the Shrimp Cajun Alfredo, it was delicious, garlic bread was one of my favorites. My partner got mushroom and Swiss burger with fries he loved it. We will be back!!“

“The Open Faced Prime Rib sandwich, was the best I have had since Red Wells closed their doors. The meat is so flavorful. My waitress Karley who was the sweetest thing, told me they slow roast the meat then slice it. We had the Hocus Pocus Marg flight. Sooo cute and so yummy. The place is gorgeous.“
