Small place with a good staff. I just didn't realize how much I did not like their pizza. I feel like the Friday junior high school pizza wins this battle.

Wow not only have they screwed up my order previously.... This time we ordered a steak and mushroom sub and they literally forgot to put steak in the sub! What in the actual hell? We love Hungry Howies but what is going on.

ABSOLUTELY ABHORRED with the service I received today. Called to order a pizza. They were rude on the phone from jump. Then I go in. The very unfortunate looking, very large, employee with black hair and pink highlights attempts to charge me 17 plus dollars when it was supposed to be a free pizza. Snatches the coupon out of my hand and begins to argue with me- LOUDLY. So I start yelling back. Another employee comes up. I demanded to know her name and the employee leaving out the door. As she's leaving she says don't give her my name it's against HIPPA. LOL- Ignorant as can be. The employee behind the counter then refuses to serve me because she heard me yelling to defend myself and threatens to call police.I want both of these employees fired NOW. I also want an apology from the franchise owner, personally. I've already called corporate and am going to blast this on every social site there is. Is this how you treat customers? Absolutely DISGUSTING !!!!!!!

. Since this store opened its gone from not bad to bad to worse. The deep dish I used to get for 9.99 was so inconsistent I just had to stop, now everything else is hit or miss but mostly miss. The wings were from last order, a one time mistake I wont make again. This pizza was supposed to be light sauce, whatever...but this was literally the thickest/toughest to chew pizza I've ever had in my life. Not to mention the width of the crust, like 6" in most spots?. Ill admit someone must be cleaning the pans finally because it actually wasnt as greasy as normal but still overall pretty nasty, mostly the cheese that seemed to be not melted fully? Or in layers like a lasagna, very strange. Barely cut through the pizza, 1/3 of the slices ripped in half when trying to seperate them. I would suggest looking at that food warmer box and the oven among other things, even though I use the tracker and get there promptly, I cant help if they dont see me when I walk in and then take a 5 minute+ phone call instead of handing me my pizza while it sits in that nasty hot box with a flyer touching my food and the box improperly closed. Is a large only 8 slices? The pictures doesnt do how bad/thick this pizza was justice honestly.

The location quoted 20 minutes but it took 45 minutes the smug rudeness of the employee was beyond ridiculous. If I could give this location a 0 star review I would.

I've only visited a few times for pick up. Haven't had a problem. Workers have been polite and helpful.

It seems like whomever is replying to these ratings cares so here's some feedback: food should be hot or at least warm, when I order food, it's usually lacking one ingredient. Had some stuffed pepperoni bread recently and (not an exaggeration) I could count probably 5-8 pepperonies for the whole entire thing, inside the bread. It was essentially just cheese bread and I felt like ya'll skimped out on the protein. It was cut so poorly I couldn't separate it and just had to send it like it was which was an inconvenience. This is a trend and has happened more than twice, (likely way more but I can't remember any others as it's been a while since I've ordered). I'm not going to contact you and this post is the feedback. Hope things improve

Ordered a pizza on a Friday night for a couple hungry kids . The pizza was delivered on time, but cold (mind you I live less than a mile from the location). I for the kids situated and noticed something was odd about he pizza. no sauce? i called and explained the situation. mimd you i had to have it delivered in the first place. i could hear the manager talking to the employee on the phone.... unless i drove back to the store with the pizza tonight, there would be nothing they could do. First and only time ill be ordering from them. Terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor customer service. The two employees I spoke with both had an attitude and one even hung up on me the first time I called. All I wanted was to change a dipping sauce for my bread that I ordered. Not a hard change. I can see why it’s only a 3 star rating. Poor excuse for employees. How can we get this place shut down. 100% agree drive the extra 4 minutes to Lincoln Park.
