I had ordered a Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Sandwich; My favorite Arby's sandwich. Just got home to sit and enjoy my dinner, but was shocked to find a LIVING, CRAWLING ANT in my sandwich. Plus, the bread was soggy. And to add onto this, both my cousin and I, despite getting two different drinks, (They got a Coke, I got a Hi-C Fruit Punch) there was this weird, nasty after taste for both of us. We will not be returning to this specific Arby's.

Ordered a classic roast beef at the drive through on my way to Detroit. Had to repeat order and then when I tried to eat my sandwich it was a beef and cheddar and not a classic. Not such a big deal if it weren’t for the horrible tasting sauce they put on it. Is it so hard to get an order right these days?

I waited 10 minutes just for them to tell me my order was canceled. The manager was less then friendly. Hopefully my next trip will be better.

Overall the service what just okay, I partly feel bad due to them being understaff, I recided my food in 14 minute form the time I order. and it was good. I would say to order before rush hour. I seem the quality is better.

We stopped on way home and I tried the cheese steak. It was good. Curly fries were fresh. The wait was a bit but food was fresh!
