IDK...the subs are great, but they have almost doubled in price in less than 4 years. Hard to support a place that does that. I cannot imagine why the prices have gone up so much. The family that owns Jersey Giant are doing very well, they are not exactly slumming it in the hood in order to keep their 20 locations going and to keep prices low. They are taking full advantage of the 'inflation' excuse, and at the same time expect people to 'support local business'. And the employees 9 out of 10 times are very rude. But, the subs are great, if you get lucky and it is made good, and fresh. Just be ready to pay what you make in 1-3 hours of work for one damn sub.

Great sandwiches! Everything is very fresh. Bread is baked there, meat is fresh deli cut, vegetables are good quality. They give you substantial amounts of ingredients.Employees are attentive, knowledgeable , nice and helpful.I love this place!

Holy S#!*, I've always loved Jersey ever since the one that was around in downtown EL by the old Jacobson's store, in the 80's, but I had total sticker shock when I walked in recently. $$17 bucks and change for their full signature #8 sub and a drink. Add a buck for a tip...I could have eaten at a full service steak joint for close to that. I'll always support this local icon, but it's only going to have to be on those "the only thing that sounds good is a Jersey sub" kind of days.

Happily took my call-in large order of 6 subs. Gave me a realistic time frame of when they would be ready factoring in wall-in orders. Greeted me with a smile while he finished up. Great customer service as he was working alone. Thank you so much!!

Always good sandwiches but I was in Okemos and tried to call ahead to order and no one answered the phone. When I got to Jersey giant they were out of bread so I called again this time someone answered. So I asked if they were baking the bread or getting it delivered and when it was going to be done and all I got was a rude and sassy. I explained I was in the parking lot with my kids and just wanted to see how long it was going to take and once again plain rudeness. The Okemos location no longer has my business. Needless to say I left without lunch.
