It's a nice place with good food but if you are not a local and sit at the bar you get completely ignored. I waited several minutes to be greated and my drink order taken but I watched several regulars come in after me get served immediately. It was not that busy either.There is a bald headed bartender with gauges in his ears that used the f word multiple times and complained that the Manger won't let staff drink at the bar when they get off work.Staff was extremely unprofessional and not friendly because I was not a regular. I was staying at the hotel behind the restaurant would have eaten there every day but not after that experience, I went to Joe's on Jolley and was treated very well.

Messed up our order 3 times, wait time was told 30 min ended to be 60 min. When in the restaurant many tables empty. Asked for a dirty martinis what I received was vodka in a glass and 3 olives. Disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Lucky's. The food is delicious. The service is top-notch. A special shout out to Sean, Kenzie, & Ellie...they are some of the best. They always have a smile on their face and a good word to say.The atmosphere here at this Lucky's is so friendly with great vibes.I have not had a bad time nor a bad meal experience here.

Lucky's Steakhouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Lansing, if you're from out of town I highly recommend going here! The coconut shrimp and porkchops are absolutely incredible. It is a little pricier, for just food and no drinks expect to spend $20-30 per person.

The sever I had was amazing! His name was Ernesto and was super respectful and nice. I will be coming back to Lucky's Steakhouse because of him.

Yuck… went here for the first time to celebrate a birthday. All I can say is I will never return. For one the food was gross. My chicken tortilla soup tasted like flour. As if the roux was not cooked into it long enough. My salad had dried out cucumbers and wilted lettuce. My sons grilled cheese was just white bread with unmelted cheese on it and my husbands prime rib was cold. The service was crappy, especially since it was not very busy when we were there. My drink was never refilled, and the waitress never came back to see if everything was ok once our food was served. And on top of everything, as it got busier towards the end of our meal the restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear the people sitting across the table from me. Won’t be returning. Gross food and bad service for the cost of the food.

They didn't handle our group too well. The server did his best, but there were too many steaks cooked incorrectly. They had one person to service a group of 12-13 people. My daughter's take- out order wasn't correct.
