often when i come here around 9am or 10am they are out of almost every type of bagel. i wanted to order a breakfast sandwich and all the had was chocolate chip bagel. and im sorry but a ham egg and cheese on a chocolate chip bagel sounds gross. wish they could consistently carry their menu items. i gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because the food you do get when they have it is good

I love my Panera. However, this location serves the soup too cold. If I were getting a gazpacho, I'd be accepted, but I got an onion soup, which required it to be hot. It was almost ice cold. Probably, but the burners didn't work. The same happened to the other person with me. His broccoli cheddar cheese looks awful and cold. We were hungry, so we didn't bring it back; otherwise, I would have done it.
