The once legendary Reuben sandwich now falls flat. They pile it high in the middle and leave the edges barren of anything more than bread. There was almost no sauce and light on the slaw so the sandwich was dry. It was somehow both cold and burning hot at the same time. A few bites in there was a very hot spot in the midst of tepid meat.The service was lacking. We asked for a water, 20 minutes in no food and no water. The waitress kept apologizing but never actually did better. When our food was finally up we watched her try to deliver it to a table that had just walked in 5 minutes ago. She promised to check back but didn't. Eventually I went and grabbed my own box. We were there for 2 hours from seat to leaving.Long story short the food is OK but no longer worth the price and the service needs work.

I have been ordering Stateside's Greek salads for years. I thoroughly enjoyed them and found them to be a generous portion, comprised of fresh salad fixings. I have watched the salads shrink and the quality diminish in the past few years. My last salad had a lot of lettuce that had to be picked out because it was going bad (brown and/or the start of the slimey areas when it starts decomposing), I wasn't left with much because they have also reduced the salad size to something slightly bigger than a side salad. When I looked at my bill and discovered that it was a $20 salad with the chicken I added for $4, I decided that I have had my last Greek salad from there. I'm super disappointed.

The prices are pretty high just for a sandwich. My bread was a little burnt but edible. The chicken noodle soup wasn't good at all. I don't see myself going back there.
On 11/18 23 at noon I was greeted by a wonderfully, delightful young woman . In fact I complimented her on her great smile. I wish that I had asked her for her name. Any man or woman would be proud to call her their own child. Our server, Jack,was equally impressive. Whomever owns this establishment should appreciate the tremendous people that I encountered.

We have heard nothing but amazing things about Stateside Deli but unfortunately had a negative encounter. Our order was carry out. We placed our order online, paid and picked up our food. Enjoyed it greatly too! About an hour afterwards my husband received a call from a very nice employee stating that our order wasn’t paid for. My husband has a receipt + the charge is showing on our account. The manager, Stephen, made his innocent employee call us to ask for payment (making us now double pay for breakfast). She’s was so sweet but the manager 100% should not have put his employee in the middle. This is an issue we will call Stephen about directly to settle and quite possible will not be returning, sadly, because the food is outstanding.
