Went in my mall uniform (we have a mall discount of 10%). Staff has never acknowledged this discount until explicitly asked for. Upon asking if they had it today, staff at the counter proceeded to tell me they didn’t offer it— when I asked the line cook, he said they did. I do not like being lied to by my fellow staff at my place of work. I get times are hard, but needing to steal dollars off the 20-something-y/o-who-works-right-next-to-you’s order is petty and embarrassing for your business.
