When no one else has got my back, I know Midland Tim Horton's has got my back. The Tim Bits are always simply DIVINE. The Coffee is always EXTRAORDINARY. The service is always INCREDIBLE. Thank you, wonderful people who work here!!!

Love the food. Hate that I get regular when I ask for decaf about 25% of the time [my poor heart can tell]. Their jelly filled Tim bits are the bomb! Love the seasonal pumpkin muffins too.

Everything was exactly as it should be, not great but not bad, I had an average Tim Hortons experience.

It might be that their corporate offices control the lights, when you go in when they open at 5am none of the lights or the sign is lit up. I know it's early but it's OK to be friendly and set the tone for the day!! The coffee comes out warm at best, the doughnuts are good though. Don't always go in the morning, it would be a nice change to see a friendly person sometimes. Even though not everyone is a morning person.

I wish you would get honey again.... Maybe find workers that at least do not look entirely miserable. The guy was very friendly at the window though!

I love Tims. However I was really upset with how I was treated over the phone tonight. I had a long day and decided to splurge on some delivery. I’d been craving some Tims. They called to tell me that they were out of two items. I asked if they could sub the one item, but I was informed they also didn’t have the other option I would have wanted. So I asked how I could cancel or change the order as it had already been charged to my card and there wasn’t an option that I saw to change it online. The girl handed the phone to someone else who had it out for me the whole time. I seriously was just trying to figure out my options and get dinner, but he went on about how I was taking so much of his time and that they had everything except one item and that I was making a huge deal over it. I said that I simply didn’t want to pay for something that I wasn’t getting and was trying to figure out my options. He said that I would have to come into the store during a time that a manager was there to be able to get a refund for my order. I was confused about that and regretfully asked a question. That set him off even more. As he was so rude I figured I’d just cancel the order and hope for the best. He obviously didn’t even know the process because I was issued a refund after they canceled the order. I was so disappointed not to fulfill the craving I had, but honestly I’ll not order delivery from them ever again after how I was treated. If Tims had the ability to go back and listen to the conversation, I’d fully recommend that they do.

Terrible service and a complete waste of my time coming here. They couldn't even remember to unlock the doors to let customers in.
For several years the service wasn't as good as the Bay City and Saginaw TH. It's now on par with them. Management fixed whatever the problem

I love this place after their renovation. I often take my kids and they do what they need for school and I read articles on my iPad for two hours. The chairs are comfortable and the dim sunlight through the adjustable blinds is a bonus in winter. It’s a very cozy place to do your work without too much traffic (except the Saturday mornings) and too many people to say hi to. I also like that they have variety of food and drinks for every stage of hunger, cheaper than Panera, Biggby Coffe, or Live Oaks. My kids like trying different flavors of donuts. It’s hard to resist at Tim Horton.
